Many people work on computers here, so there isn't much room to sit. It is good to order via the pole, and it is placed on the table.

Disappointed by Lack of Empathy and Rigidity Towards a 3-Year-Old Child Today, I bought a Tori Q chicken skewer and rice for my three-year-old daughter and then headed to the McDonald's on the first floor to order some food for myself. While we were waiting, my daughter was so hungry that she started eating her food. An employee came over and told us that outside food wasn't allowed. I understood and explained that we were just waiting for my order and would leave as soon as I got it. However, they wouldn't let it go. They actually sent another staff member to press us a second time, demanding that my little girl stop eating. I had to explain again that my food wasn't ready yet and we’d leave immediately once it was. Feeling helpless and upset, I went straight to the counter and asked them to pack my combo right away. It deeply saddens me that they would rather waste time and energy repeatedly pushing away a helpless young child than simply getting my order ready faster. There was a complete lack of kindness and empathy for a young child. I am deeply heartbroken by this experience and will never return

Bought a happy meal and the current toy were sold out so we were given random toy. I’m actually fine with it. The service staff told me that I could change the toy at other outlet when the new ones has stock. I then proceeded to amk mcd to change it as I have repeated toy. The counter staffs at amk mcd suspected me that I brought my old toy for exchange. I wish the staff at the Great World City mcd didn’t tell me about the exchange at other McDonald.

It’s not uncommon to have 10-15 mins wait for your food even though capacity is not even half or full. Remember folks, if it takes more than 10 mins, then is it really considered fast food? That’s one major USP taken out of the equation.

Adzimi at the Great World City outlet was fantastic. Despite it being very busy, he was the only one at the counter and handled the situation calmly and methodically. His service was efficient, organised, and consistent throughout. He has a great personality — quiet yet genuinely hospitable — and made the experience pleasant even during peak hours. Definitely manager-in-the-making material and someone worth developing further.
