Horrible experience ordering online. Already waited 1 hour and still no driver, and worst still - unable to cancel the order too. 1 hour later and 4 of us are still waiting for the food that is still sitting on the counter turning cold (because no driver)? How is it that you have no in-house driver for the past 1 hour? Then don’t allow delivery as an option! Rabak dot com to the max.

Located at the basement of Forum mall, this branch is small with limited seating area. But it’s not too crowded that’s a plus point. Order via the self service kiosks available. The best part, it is 24 hrs!

McDonald's (Forum The Shopping Mall) has one of the worst management with no sense of urgency from my point of view! Received an order to pick up from the restaurant by Deliveroo! By the time travel to the restaurant to pick up the order is already past 15 minutes and order has not even started preparing! Waited another 10 minutes, order still not ready for collection for just 1 set of breakfast meal! For goodness sake, can you imagine this is food delivery (FAST FOOD) and what the staff is doing the whole time for the past 25 minutes? Even walk in customers order is faster than food delivery! End up, refused to wait any longer and cancel the order.

It is open 24 hours that’s good. There are no enough space to sit separately. Tables are so close each other.
