Service is terrible. Mccafe coffee is terrible and there's no quality control for their mccafe coffee or the order just missed out without the staff knowing even after a reminder the coffee, it never arrive and had to ask for a refund which I was short change. I would have given 0 star if there's an option To add on this is how they serve their coffee, wet cup, wet serviettes 🤦🏻♂️ with no apology

Super bad experience with their mac delivery, after wrong item deliver. They told me will get the store manager to contact, but didn't just left the correct food outside. Who knows how long is there when no one let us know they will deliver the correct item, do u expect us to eat the food deliver hours at our door steps ?

The staffs don’t even pay attention to the cash-paying counter. After waiting for approximately 15 mins, I felt like it was outrageous and proceeded to ask the staff ( from afar ) to take my order. After, they told me to wait as they’re currently busy, and I listened to them as I understand that they have lots of orders at the moment. In a few minutes, they totally forgot I existed and I even had to approach the staff personally to make my payment.

Unpleasant experience.I ordered Mcd on Grab, When the food arrived, I found that one of the drinks was not there. The fries weren’t the full amount of it and the burgers were such a mess. It’s not what I really expected from a big franchise fast food restaurant. There will not be a second time for me from this outlet. First impression always lasts.

I made a Grab delivery on 17th June. My children were happily waiting for the food to arrived. I spent $52+ on the meals, waiting for the meals is not a problem. The meals came. To me surprised, the burgers were not packed according to my orders, and worse still the original order of mine invoice can yet be pasted on the food packaging. I called up to change my meals, nothing can be done is the worst part of all. Either your staffs can't read simple English of the ordering invoice, get someone better to do the job. Or your staffs are all part timers, can't be bothered as no job commitment. Or can't multi tasked. If can't, get more man power. Not all can be multi tasked. Worse delivery from Oasis... 👎👎

Nice outlet with McCafe barista on the side. Just need to be a tad careful when you made a large order as this particular outlet has a knack of missing out items especially when they are handling a surge of orders. Not unusual to wait 30-40 mins for your walk in orders at this outlet too... so i'd suggest that its best to assign the orders on their official app for a pick up

I had a lunch appointment at McDonald's, and during my visit, I accidentally left my iPad on the couch. Fortunately, the attentive and helpful crew noticed it and kept it safe for me. I'm incredibly grateful for their honesty and quick action. Kudos to the team for their excellent service!

Unfortunately, I visit this outlet frequently as I stay in the vicinity of Oasis Terrace. The restaurant is too packed for anything to function normally. Waiting time can be up to 45 mins for a "fast food" restaurant. Seats are hard to get, and garbage bin is almost full - problematic when you have to self return trays. Fries can be less cooked than norm as though they are rushing it out due to the crowd. Still edible, but not within expectation.

Nice comfort food once in a while. Place was too crowded though and not easy to find an available table. No straws available which makes it difficult for those with sensitive teeth to have cold drinks.

No service!! Waited for more than 15 mins for 2 sets of meal.We had to self collect even though we chose table service. Food was just sitting on counter. Food is not fresh. 100% past holding time. Please do not claim to be fast food and definitely do not say food is delicious!!!!

Recommend go for breakfast sets or desserts or other snacks. The burgers and nuggets all meat texture are tasteless and dry and fries too. Overall McDonald is not what is used to be.

A lot of ppl usually from Friday night! Doesn’t matter. Most importantly make sure you double check your food if you do takeaway! They missed out the order quite often when there’s a lot of people. And sometimes the youngster there probably part timer not working seriously like screaming shouting jokingly these. The services is up and down

Debbie, the floor manager was very helpful and attentive. My wife and kids was at the outlet. She doesn’t know how to use the machine hence seek for assistance and Debbie came to help. My wife told me that Debbie explain to her on how to use the machine in detail and the orders etc. Thumbs up for the customer service!

I've encountered several issues on multiple occasions which have left me quite dissatisfied. Firstly, during my initial visit last month in February, I ordered through the McDonald's self-pickup option. However, upon receiving my order, I noticed that the quantity of fries provided was significantly less than what is typically served at other outlets. Despite providing feedback through the McDonald's app, I did not receive any follow-up communication from your team. Secondly, during my most recent visit today, I encountered further problems. On two separate occasions, I received the wrong drink with my order. While one instance involved the omission of my drink altogether, the other instance resulted in the incorrect drink being provided. I ordered an Oreo caramel frappe, but was given a mocha caramel frappe instead. This level of inconsistency and error is not acceptable. Lastly, there have been numerous occasions where the food has arrived soggy and cold. Waiting for 45 minutes for a cheeseburger, especially in a fast-food restaurant setting, is simply unacceptable.

Personal favourite mcd branch! Fries are freshly made (oil is not reused - you know what i mean) and less oily compared to other branch. Staff is friendly and providing excellent service! Plus, it is 24/7 and you can never go hungry 😊
