Did mobile order, supposed to have $2 off deal for min. spend of $15, applied to the order but it didn’t show up. Tried few times to no avail, decided to switch to $2 Kyoho Grape Hot Fudge sundae with add on of apple pie. Order arrived with it being vanilla flavoured hot fudge sundae, instead of the grape flavour. Service staff did not respond when I tried to get their attention, understandably it’s busy and multiple orders are to be sent out. However, I had to wait for close to 5 minutes to get the correct ice cream, because the staff prioritised the Queue at the ice cream kiosk instead. Afterwards, also realised they missed out my apple pie, to which I had to head back to the pick up area and ask again, to be informed that the apple pie isn’t ready and I had to choose the strawberry pie or wait for 6 minutes. All in all, horrible experience here as all the staff cared about is pushing out the orders instead of checking the orders correctly first and rectifying any mistakes as well I ordered at 12.23pm, finally got all my items rectified at 12.58pm, not sure which part of this is ‘Fast Food’.

Why is the burger burnt? Please train your staff to properly cook a double cheeseburger without burning it next time.

McDonald’s food is pretty standard, not much to say about it. I believe it is the experience that tells it all. Suntec’s McDonald’s is a tad warmer than other McDonald’s, no idea why. The waiting time is always longer than usual but the store is not crowded.

Love Suntec McDonald. Many seats to choose from and the view is great. The auntie gave my son a lot of the chocolate sauce
