Worst ever expereince of Mcdonalds in Singapore. We had to wait for 25 minutes for a simple order.. Staff as clueless of the order and were delivering other orders before que..They need to get their act together. Branch is quite understaffed and they need to add more people ..

Had chicken wrap which is good. Nice pocket of place with familar golden arches amongst the buzzling pubs and restaurant. It also has a toilet.

Nightmare... Waited 45mins for a McSpciy meal. Decided to eat here bcos I needed a fast meal, so naturally fast food right? I was so wrong. The burger was also hastily put together (messy), potato pops luke warm, and coffee was mildly warm. Had to squeeze my way to the counter and ask for my order as I couldnt wait any longer. Thankfully, the staff helped and gave me my order. Avoid this outlet at all cost during lunch on working days.

A almost 24 hour macdonald the there’s a 2 story shop and after 2am the top floor is closed and they only take take away orders only just do now other then that it’s great to have a quick bite for sure!

Food was great! Fried chicken was an interesting change, the desserts were yummy and fried tasted the same. Enjoyed that they had fried chicken on their menu, which isn't a common menu item offered in western countries. Service was okay as the food came out in a relatively quick manner.

The place was a little too tiny for the crowd and seats were scarce and required snatching. Otherwise, it’s a great spot for some late night chill out or a place for some quick bites.

Verrrrryyyyyyy busy outlet as it is the only Mcdonalds in this area of CBD. Lunch crowd was madness. 30minutes wait for the food. But pleasant staff as they were trying their best amongst the chaotic lunch hour. Can skip the chargrilled chicken shaker fries as it masked the fries taste.

Ordering is automated. There are around five or six ordering kiosks. The dining area on the ground floor is small (only 4 tables). Food is good. Clean your own table as you go. Credit cards accepted at the kiosks.

Mcspicy slapped, open 24 hours, ordering kiosk to bypass any language issues. Better than the US but they stick to the traditional method of blowing a fat load of mayo on the sandy so that it squirts when you bite into it. Also has breakfast on a different occasion which was good and slightly cheaper than the US.

My friend and I went there by accident, we just tried to locate a nearest McD and maps sent us there. No regrets! At all. The location is just perfect with great ambience. The exterior reminds me to my grandma's house, tho. The AC was quite strong on the 2nd floor. Best part? It's McD, you know what you'll get 😉

The Filet o fish tastes the same as always but the portion is really getting smaller and smaller. The French fries came glistening - looks a bit oily. Happy that they allowed us to get a tub of curry sauce for free (I’ve been previously told that I had to order nuggets to get these sauces).

The McDonald's building is quite small and enclosed, but the ventilation is good. Ordering, picking up, and disposing of food waste are self-service. The taste of the food is similar to McDonald's in general.

Normally McDonald’s is McDonald’s. You know what you’re getting and, as long as it’s hot, it smashes. Today’s post gym fat feast (I EARNED IT!! 🤬), however, had clearly been sat for a bit under heat lamps and then reheated in a microwave - it had that spongy on the edges texture that can only be produced from reheating. Did I complain? Nah. Did I inhale it anyway? Absolutely. Was I happy about it? I wasn’t even that bothered, to be fair. But that doesn’t mean I won’t pretend to be outraged and demand better while masked behind the walls of the internet!!! Have a good day.

Friendly and warm service during my breakfast visit. Ordering done via Level 1. More seats available at Level 2, however overall the outlet isn't big. Cleaniness at Level 2 needs improvement, ketchup dispenser not refilled, no pepper at level 2 too. Entrance is via a tiny door at the side.

Location: The environment is pleasant as it is situated in the city center. You can see the Singapore River right from the entrance, which is a nice touch. The indoor space is quite spacious, and there's also the option to buy your meal and sit by the river to eat. Taste: The taste was average. Compared to McDonald's in the Philippines, the burgers here are smaller and quite dry. The McDonald's in Boracay, Philippines, is the best I've ever had. Compared to McDonald's in China, this location offers fewer varieties, the taste is not as good.
