Visited this outlet just to get a quick meal before catching a movie, but the service left a real impression. I noticed a staff member named Jessie passionately sharing new meals and promos with a couple across from me. Shortly after, she went over to check on an uncle’s order, and then stopped by my table to make sure my food was okay. In this era of tech and AI, we’re losing the human touch almost everywhere! Even at places like McDonald’s where most of us order from kiosks. This experience was a great reminder of how important and refreshing it feels to have someone like Jessie around!

placed my order at 9:00 pm, and it only arrived close to 11:00 pm. It did not arrive within the promised delivery time, and the estimated arrival time kept getting pushed back. By the time the food arrived, it was cold and the fries were soggy. This was very disappointing. Please look into this and advise on a suitable resolution.

McDonald’s service has really gone downhill. I ordered a set meal that came with a Milo, which was clearly meant for my young child. I politely asked for a straw because young children can’t easily drink from a cup without spilling it on themselves. To my surprise, the staff refused to give me a straw. When I asked why other drinks came with straws, they said those drinks were “designed” for straws, but Milo wasn’t. Seriously? What kind of customer service is this? I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable or expensive, just a simple straw for a child. If it had been an adult coffee, I wouldn’t have asked. But this was a Milo for a kid. It’s unbelievable that customer service has become so inflexible that staff can’t even use basic common sense. Refusing such a small and reasonable request over a “policy” is simply poor service. McDonald’s standards have really gone down over the years. The service keeps getting worse, and experiences like this make it clear that customer care is no longer a priority. It’s not about the straw, it’s about the attitude and complete lack of willingness to help. Very disappointing. This is the kind of service that makes customers think twice before coming back.

Third time is a charm, but not all the time. For the consecutive 3rd weekend we are having breakfast here, not sure why the hash brown is so salty. quite hard to accept the taste. 3rd time the hash brown tastes this way. Hope can look into this and continue your good work. Service and cleanliness is all great though. Manager on duty was super responsive.

Getting ridiculous. From the past few times I've ordered here, there's been missing sides. From apple pie to nuggets. Today, it feels like someone took a chunk of fries away. Usually these will be spilling out its container but now it's not even filled to the brim. Shrinkflation? Fine. Even the tissue's looking dirty. I paid close to 11 dollars for a medium drink, half fries and burger. Overrated. I'm tired of writing in to McDonald's to complain over apple pies worth 2 bucks. Also saw a couple of other posts with similar experience on here.
