Extremely disappointing experience at McDonald's Choa Chu Kang CC. I placed my order at around 8:30 PM and was still waiting after 9:40 PM with no food received. Waiting over an hour for fast food is completely unacceptable and defeats the entire purpose of ordering from McDonald's. What made the experience even worse was that I was unable to cancel my order despite the excessive delay. I was left waiting indefinitely with no meaningful updates, no food, and no practical way to make alternative arrangements. I contacted the main hotline for assistance, only to be informed that the outlet was not answering their calls. If even the hotline cannot get through to the restaurant, it raises serious concerns about how this outlet is being managed. There was no bad weather or other obvious reason for such an extreme delay. No updates, no accountability, no way to cancel, and an unreasonable waiting time. This is one of the worst McDonald's experiences I have had. Management needs to urgently review the operations of this outlet and improve both customer service and communication. Customers deserve better than being left waiting for over an hour with no clear information on their order.

Thank you. For the good service. And I admire that female manager who's a bit slim and petite, but she works like 5 people. I don’t know you, but you make my day. Your so Very hard working.❤️

This branch of McDonald's is consistently the slowest one I've seen so far. Receipts sometimes don't appear in kiosk, and waiting takes more than half an hour during busier times. The only reason I keep coming here it's because it's the closest one I could get. It happens a quarter of the time, and that's a quarter too much.

The restaurant is not clean and service is bad. I'm using the mac app to order but one of the most common item is out (soft drinks) it wouldn't let me order and after telling the staff he said duno what to do after 3 mins then descide to asked the manager out to help me. But manager took her own sweet time to come out and helped me to order via her counter. After that the staff asked me again what's my order? Why he cannot check what on screen for my order? This the first macdonalds I give bad reviews after so long. The fries is without salt but come out not hot. Normal I get fresh hot no salt fries. Honestly speaking the manager and staffs here need some training. Hope macdonalds will see this review and improve the situation here.

Very slow. Store cannot cope. Queue system doesn’t work because queue numbers simply get deleted, and the food doesn't come out. Everyone is just standing and crowding around the counter.
