Really great service here, especially from a manager named Jaxx. My parents are elderly and were not familiar with how to place their order, but he patiently helped them step by step and introduced the menu very clearly. My mother also mentioned that the food was taking a little longer than expected, and Jaxx immediately helped to check on it and made sure the food was served quickly. He is very responsible, attentive, and professional. It’s rare to meet a manager who is so willing to help customers with such a good attitude. Thank you, Jaxx, for the excellent service!

Hope that many residents of Clementi be informed. This MCD outlet at ave3 is ridiculous! It's not the first time they screwed up my order! Especially with paid items like the curry sauce. And when I contact them, they mention they are not able to do a delivery for my missing items! Seriously, please avoid making delivery orders from this outlet ever again!

Filer o fish senget ✅ Stingy tartar sauce✅ McDonald work attitude confirmed ✅ Sidenote: used to pick 2 tartar sauce to get the 1990s portion of tartar sauce. Now they want 30cents for it

Hi McDonald's I use to love your filet o fish burger way back in the 80s, 90s...but how is it that nowadays I have this feeling that the fish filet is fried and refried...doesn't have that softness and light crunch any longer! Sad:( Is it the outlet issue? Or islandwide? Just wondering 🤔
