Super fast, clean and friendly experience even though went during lunch time around 12.30pm. Had the buttermilk chicken burger which is one of my favorite signature from MacDonalds.

Quite clean and quiet during off peak hours, but all hell breaks loose from 5.30pm or so. However the staff were friendly even when so busy, and helped me packed dine-in items nicely for takeaway instead. Thanks!

Very busy McDonald's and as usual service is very efficient and friendly. But today it's so crowded there's not enough staff till rubbish bin overflow. But still one staff quick to empty and clean up

Reach around 1245, order and get food around 1255. Consider quite efficient during peak hour. That’s how McDonald should operate!!! Yes, fast food is sinful, unhealthy and bad for you, but once in a while, you need to be “sinful” so to continue your “unsinful” life forward. 4 star for the; - efficiency in town area - Pokémon special… who don’t like Pokémon!!!! - McDonald again after 9 Aug!!! - somehow manage to find a seat and enjoy my meal and chit chat p.s some say McPepper black pepper is over powering, but to me is just like Teochew Bak Kut Teh only has pepper taste… this is not PSLE with modern answer, is just about you

30 Aug, 08:13am. Poor customer service and management service (especially restaurant manager). Ordered big breakfast on the stated day and time. Restaurant did not on the television that reflect the order number. Check my order at 830, service counter brushed off my enquiry about my order by saying that they are still processing. At 832, restaurant manager announced that big breakfast requires an additional 10 mins of waiting time. Told restaurant manager that I waited for 15 mins. Restaurant manager did not de-escalate the issue, instead she mentioned that they are processing the orders and asked if I wanted to refund my order in an unfriendly tonality. I told them that there are many others that have gotten their big breakfast order, she brushed it off that none of those orders were big breakfast. At 840, there was a mobile order with big breakfast, I checked it's order time was 831. Restaurant manager only willing to check my order after I mentioned that this order was made at 831 and this person have already gotten their order. In order to fulfil my order, they gave me one toasted muffin and one without. Shift manager failed to provide proper customer service, ensuring food quality standards, and poor restaurant management. There are no proper order sequence that the restaurant follow despite having system. From my observation, the order numbers were stacked above one another. How can the service crew ensure that those order sequences will not be jumble up when they are processing those orders.

Always love mcdonald's in other countries with their expansive menus. You need to try the Mcspicy burger. So succulent and juicy, and has a spicy kick. It's made from chicken thigh instead of chicken breast, very delicious.

was there for lunch today, 25 sep 2023. Waited nearly 1 hour for food, I get if there’s a long queue and they’re working the orders and simply because of manpower need time to go through the orders but 40 minutes in only when I realised it was too slow then I asked them only then they admitted they were not even working the order and people who queued later got their food earlier Some people even waited 45-50 mins for an ice cream sundae. The manager needs to be spoken to and learn a thing on how to organise the kitchen - there’s a whole chunk of “burgers” or cooked food in the middle but not served out so food is cold when it gets out the kitchen Management please have a word with the store manager, terrible terrible service

Food wise, Mcdonald's is always my favourite fast food in Singapore! What is amazing is the impressive service by Linda, friendly and so approachable! I wished I could give service a 10 star rating. Thank you for your hospitality!

Filet-O-Fish burger! I was shocked to find half a cheese on it. I mean is MacD’s really that stingy already? With a McDonald's there usually isn't much to report unless it's a bad experience. This McDonald's in Chinatown Point was busy, they only take orders online or by the kiosks inside the restaurant, and people line up to hey their take away orders or you can order them to bring it to your table. This McDonald's is busy, it's pretty clean when we went and they turned around the orders in a reasonable amount of time. I ordered a McCrispy Sandwich and my wife ordered McWings. When we got our order my wife realized they gave her McNuggets when we ordered McWings, I showed the person at the counter the receipt and they quickly corrected the error.

Crowded place similar or worse than Jurong Point, don't bother cleaning up the rubbish bin, making it troublesome for customer to clear the table. My table was sticky and dirty with hotcake syrup although it was customer fault who cant eat or clean table properly, I hope at least the staff could clean the sticky oily syrup or customers. There charger port on this table, although I recommend studying or working at the top level of Chinatown point Libary that is quiet

Crowded area. That’s fine considering it’s a touristy place BUT the staff was super rude. I had an issue with my app so I had to queue up to ask the cashier to help complete my order but she just said ‘you just try again’ multiple times instead of just helping to take my order via the counter. I was the only person left in the queue as well, so it’s not like I was holding anyone up. I don’t get why she refused to take my order using the system… In the end I gave up and left without being able to order food.
