I got an Oreo Mcflurry for SGD $3.45 and it was delicious as always. I ordered on the machine then paid cash so I had to bring my reciept to the counter and paid there. You can enter from outside and also inside the mall (2 entrances). It’s a clean area, gets pretty packed during peak hours, a decent about of chairs all around.

happy mcgriddles is back. this outlet is clean and the food is prepared fast. the staff always serve with a smile too so mornings feels great here. food is mcdonald's standard level, nothing lacking. 1 thing to highlight is the $1 milo here is diluted. taste exactly as how it would without the special price which is awesome. have met a sub-standard super diluted milo at another outlet for the same $1 promo.

I would like to raise a concern regarding the extremely slow service during the morning period at this outlet. During my visit, I observed that although there were three staff members present (including a manager and another staff member), only one employee appeared to be handling order fulfilment and front-facing service. This resulted in long waiting times, while one staff member was clearly overworked trying to manage everything alone. If the outlet is unable to cope with the volume of orders, I strongly suggest either increasing manpower during peak hours or temporarily pausing new orders to prevent excessive delays and unnecessary stress on both customers and staff. This current situation reflects poor manpower planning and negatively affects the customer experience. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and addressed.

A disappointing experience for my son's meal. I had to taste his Milo and fries because he refused to eat them, and I quickly saw why. The hot Milo was just a spoonful of powder at the bottom of hot water—completely unstirred and tasted like plain water. The fries were also stale and lacked freshness. On the bright side, he finished all his nuggets, so I assume those were actually good, but the rest of the meal was a waste.
