16 august 2026 I was with my husband to grab our lunch. Unfortunately my blood sugar got way too low and i fainted. Fortunately the mcdonald staffs rush to assist. I would like to thank all the staff there for being kind and not hesitate to help me on that day. Not sure if the uncle whom also help and bought me medicated oil was also part of the mcd staff/manager/boss. Thank you once again. Me and my husband really appreciate the help. Thank you for being kind. You guys are amazing ❤️

I’ve had consistently great experiences at McDonald’s 888 Plaza, and this visit was no exception. I placed a pickup order in advance so it would be ready when I arrived. A special thank you to Yuan Yuan and Cindy Teo, who thoughtfully held back my desserts and only prepared them when I arrived, just in case I was running late. It was such a considerate gesture, and the desserts were served fresh and perfectly cold. I’ve visited this outlet many times, and Cindy is always incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. She always greets customers with a smile, and her excellent service is one of the reasons we keep coming back. Thank you to the team for consistently providing such wonderful service. Highly recommend this outlet!

They seriously need to buck up. I paid so much and they can miss out multiple items in the order. Please check the items before handing it over to customer or do you expect us to open each item to check in front of you if it’s complete? My breakfast deluxe is missing the egg. Literally no egg. Gave the jam but no egg. Funny right? Should I check everything including opening up the burgers before I leave the store? Seems like I’m not the only one having issues with this outlet.

Visited this world renowened Brand called Macdonalds on Hari raya morning today around 1am. Ordered 6 Pcs Nuggets Meal, Double Mcspicy Meal and extra Mustard Sauce charged 50 cents Wonderful Double Mcspicy came with one patty, The other patty for People hari raya party or to fund their mcdonald expansion? Or their malay staff ot pay? Apart from this, Suprisingly they have alot of confidence that their nuggets are very tasty to eat without any sauce. I respect their confidence but i still prefer to eat with sauce. Didnt know they can make a drink taste bad when its just supposed to be dispensed out, Coke tasted like taken out of middle india river and staff assume singapore is below 20 degree so didnt give me ice for my own good. Its ok if they take 5 minute to do this. But i waited a whooping 30-40mins for this wonderful meal, Keep this standard up and the staff will not need to keep getting chased for orders soon.

The service from staff made the dinner experience unpleasant. All the kiosk for self ordering is down. I had to place order at the cashier as I have a voucher to redeem. A Malay boy came and assisted. Unfortunately he doesn’t seem to quite understand English and started to speak in Malay which I don quite know. It awhile for the manager to came out and assist. The manager was kind of attitude, making the order process was unpleasant for consumers. This whole outlet needs serious retraining on customer service including body language and attire neatness need to be enhanced.
