Most McDonald’s outlets interpret “fast food” as food that is prepared and delivered quickly. This outlet has bravely chosen a completely different direction. I will say though: five stars for consistency. Their commitment to consistency is genuinely admirable; consistently late, consistently cold, and consistently making you wonder whether “fast food” is just an inspirational slogan rather than an actual description of the service. At this point, they might as well replace the estimated arrival time with “eventually.” The fries arrive looking absolutely defeated, while the burger is so cold I’m surprised it doesn’t come with a jacket. I’d lower my expectations further, but apparently this outlet has already started digging. The bar was already so low it was practically on the floor, yet somehow they brought a shovel and went straight under it. If you’re hungry now, order yesterday. Or just head down to the outlet and cook the meal yourself. It would probably be faster, and at least the food would be warm. If patience is a virtue, this outlet is doing incredible work developing the character of the Punggol community.

If the sauces don’t come out of your paycheck, quit being stingy. One meal one sauce? Or do your staffs keep it for your own usage? Or you just don’t bother to check because it’s a delivery order? Pathetic!

I would like to commend the Indian manager who wears glasses at the One Punggol McDonald’s for his outstanding customer service. If not wrong his name started with “U” I accidentally placed my mobile order at the Waterway Point McDonald’s instead of One Punggol. I expected that I would have to travel to the other outlet to collect my order, but the manager was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. He calmly listened to my situation and went the extra mile by preparing my order at One Punggol, saving me the inconvenience of making another trip. His professionalism, empathy, and willingness to help truly made my day. It’s not often that you come across someone who is so customer-focused and genuinely cares about providing a great experience. Please extend my sincere appreciation and recognition to him for his excellent service. He is a wonderful representative of McDonald’s, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves.

Kind of long wait for the food. I can see the staff is trying their best.

Had to wait for more than 25 minutes for my order to be prepared at an off peak timing (2.45pm) with about 7 customers in front of me. Staff looks super lost, walks super slow and have no coordination despite the growing crowd standing in front of the counter. If you are hungry, it’s probably better to walk over to Safra to get your meal.
