Too much ice in the cafe latte, it’s so diluted. You guys do have a standard operating procedure right? Like what’s the right amount of ice level and so on so forth. Then why? You are McDonald’s you should have a high standard of customer service. Such a disappointment. Unhappy.

To my horror, my fillet o fish was dead room temperature. I can’t feel even the warmth. I felt stupid for not changing it and ate a seriously room temperature fish burger.

Mcdonald's Keat Hong Mirage. Service level extremely bad. A simple meal took 20 minutes to prepare. And it's not the peak hour. It 7am in the morning with just a handful of customers.

If can give NO Star, I will. McDonald as a world class F&B fast food chain does not make their commitment on the service and speed. Had been order and wait for 1. 5 hrs via delivery platform yet the food still showed preparing. Called the outlet also no reply. What kind of service! Cancelled my order and decided to ban this outlet!

I ordered the below mentioned items from the MCD app, waited more than an hour to deliver my food and received wrong items as shown in the photo. Wrote feedback at mcd app. Yet no one contacted me for the last 72 hours. Terrible service standards.
