Had a wonderful meal there. Food was good and affordable. McDonald's wifi was surprisingly fast. It was a little crowded and noisy because there was many people there.

I go to this place because it's close to my house, AND everytime single freaking time they MISS Out something, and if I don't check everytime, I have to go all the way back to ask for it, even happens on deliveries from that outlet. And the employees dont even seem apologetic!!

This place like any macdonalds is cfm gonna satisfy your cravings and when i was ordering at the kiosk just now, the receipt didnt print out but thankfully there was a server who noticed and since i ordered table service, the same server kindly helped me bring my order and she was so sweet and nice i saw her doing the same thing to other people which is really heartwarming. The food here is just the same as macdonalds. I would like to add that it can get quite crowded due to it being connected to an office

This is not the first time this has happened at your United Square outlet, and I am extremely disappointed. I honestly do not understand what your staff are doing. Do they not check the orders before handing them to customers? Do they not see what items are supposed to be included? Today, the same thing happened again. After leaving the outlet, I discovered that my order was incomplete. This repeated mistake shows a serious lack of attention and responsibility. Customers should not be expected to constantly check their bags because the staff cannot do their job properly. This level of service is unacceptable. I expect this issue to be taken seriously, and I would like a proper explanation and compensation for the repeated inconvenience.

The gentleman who bring the food to table always goes above and beyond with his service. Every visit is truly pleasant. Thank you for making my experience so enjoyable!
