Please order from Queens way. Poor customer service and always have items missing. It is not worth the customer time. Pancakes are not always hot and cooked well. Always misses the order.

It would not be called fast food anymore. the speed was ridiculously slow, I would absolutely not recommend this restaurant if you want to have a quick meal. However, the friendliness of the staff enlightens your mood. Overall this is one of the worst McDonald's to go to.

Wualao. No people also need to wait for so long. Staff skin itchy scratch here n there. Omg…..update on 25 aug 2022…. This outlet still same …..making customers disappointing…..so many egg shell in my laksa burger….if abit i can swallow it la… this is too much leh…😵😤

Clean and tables are well spaced out for safe distancing. Ordering was easy and there is a table service option. The minute I sat down, the food was already delivered. Very efficient service! Came for the McCrispy which is limited time promotion. The chicken had a crispy, not oily, skin and meat was succulent and tender. Just as I remember it back in 2003 before it was taken off the menu.

Do not order from this outlet! Twice I received my order from Grab and the fries is only half full. Complained to Grab (with photo evidence) and was told, “The merchant has confirmed that the serving size for the (Medium French Fries) is accurate and just as intended”. It would have cost them only a couple of dollars to admit to mistake and offer a refund, but due to their greed I will never order from this outlet again.

I am a loyal customer of mcdonalds. Cant believed i waited for my mobile order for more than 45mins on 31st July 0005hrs. Fast food = slow food. Service = terrible very rude. Food = fries and wedges are all soggy, patty is overcooked, Very disappointed.

Pleasantly surprised by the newly renovated Mcdonald’s! Looks clean! Seems like there isn’t a counter for ordering any more. Just payment. Which is fine for me since I prefer ordering from the machines anyway. Expect long waiting times during dinner hours, especially when ordering through Grab.

Lousy service. Queue number system not used to inform customers the status of orders. I was in on 27 Apr and completed my order at 15:55. At 16:01 the queue system indicated that I could collect my order. But the staff told me it was not ready. The problem is that it was not peak period and more than 5 staff standing behind the collection counter, talking to one another, doing nothing to help the kitchen or urging the order. When I asked again, there was neither assurance nor apology. I told them to cancel my order but received no acknowledgement that I spoke. So I just left. They had better refund me.

Order an delivery. Order at 11.19am, food did not arrive until 12.49pm. Called Mcdonald at 12.03pm, and they say they will assign a new rider. Call them again at 12.35pm, and they say the rider is out and blamed it on rain, but the light drizzle has stopped before 12pm. The Mcdonald is less than 700m away don't blame it on the weather... Melted ice cream, soggy fries, cold burger. Really unacceptable.

Nice but the only cons is no vegetarian options available. Even the fries are with eggs, so nothing at all. However it's good and A large variety for non vegetarians. Nice ambience and overall nice and smooth order flow and the staff is courteous. I was asked why I was taking photos and I replied that I am a Google Local guide and reviewer so was not asked again. Thanks

Ordered via Grab. Fries were soggy, lettuce in the burger looked like 10000 years old and patty was cold. Order at your own risk.

everything was great.. got my order checked if there was two taro pie, checked, went home open my triple creamy mushroom burger only to be faced with not three but two patties. Apa ini huh? What the flip ya’ll eat my patty ah? Aside from that everything else was great food tasted immaculate, service was great. Besides my brother missing one of the two McChicken he ordered😂

I dropped by the restaurant at about 7:15 am on a Tuesday morning, and it was 80% packed. I ordered the Egg McMuffin set ($5.50). It was a standard McDonald's meal, served to the table with a big smile. It was a nice environment to eat breakfast and get some work done.

3 May 2024 - Visited on a Friday mid-afternoon. Place was pretty spacious. Ordered via the McDonald's app. Food and drink came shortly after. Overall a okay experience, however male toilet can be a bit cleaner.
