One of the best McDonald’s outlets in the west. The fries are always crispy and tasty, the Coke is really fizzy, and the Filet O Fish is always soft and fresh. I have been coming here for over 10 years, and whenever I feel like having McDonald’s, I will actually drive here specially. The food quality is very consistent and always good.

Easily one of the best McDonald's in Singapore, featuring free parking after 7pm, prompt service, clean environment and bathrooms, and generally friendly crowd. At dinner service, the crowd was still manageable and able to find seats quite easily. Parking lots were abundant. Food quality is also good.

Went here for a second time and was pleased to say I would come here again if im hungry and passing by for a quick snack. Food came incredibly quickly and was still warm after 5mins. Fries were hot and crisp still, not warm and limp.

Onsite orders are missed out. And they dont seem to be surprised. Maybe MCD should start checking their ordering system. Perhaps orders automatically disappear after certain time frame and apparently the internal order paper can be lost too in the process. Possibly due to surge of online orders Waited about 10-15min only to find out my order was lost or not processed at all. Quite a few people ordered after me got their orders, but mine was still not ready. Checked with counter and they didn't tell me about my missed order and just turned around to ask kitchen to prepare my missed order after he found out that my order was not on the waiting table nor on the front desk. I do appreciate his effort to take up the responsibility to ensure all things are packed for my order. But it may be better to keep customer informed of the situation. Waited another 5-10mins or so to get my order packed. As I am unaware of whether the order was packed somewhere and they are just looking for it or they are preparing it fresh from start, I was left there standing 😂 and I dont have the receipt anymore at the time since I gave it to the guy at the counter. Quite sure there is SOP for this situation.. but maybe they panicked and just do what ever came into their mind 😬
