⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a really great experience with Chew Hiang! From start to finish, the service was excellent. Everything was handled professionally and smoothly, and Chew Hiang was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient throughout the whole process. You can really tell that she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. She made the entire experience comfortable and pleasant, and I truly appreciate the effort she put in to make sure everything went well. Definitely someone I would recommend to anyone looking for great service. Thank you, Chew Hiang, for the wonderful experience! 🙌🏻

I accidentally ordered at the wrong outlet and I called the branch regarding my order, wanted to check if they are able to transfer it to another branch instead, and the manager specifically advised me to submit a refund request via mobile order app. He clearly stated that the order was refundable, which was the reason I did not travel down to collect the food. Afterwards they customer service replied me with a email saying it’s not refundable. This is unacceptable, as I relied on the information provided by your staff when making my decision not to collect the order. Called their branch again, one of staff picked up and said that he will ask his manager to call back but till now no update at all.

My wife and I were here today (25 JUNE 2026) for breakfast. We ordered the following here today: a Burger Sausage (Breakfast) Meal with corn, whipped butter and milk, and a Chicken Bacon Egg McMuffin with Hash Browns and Coffee Black. The Burger Sausage was very good - with a decent slice of meat patty and a "freshly" prepared piece of fried egg. And the Chicken Bacon Egg McMuffin was very comfortingly delicious as a breakfast mains. In addition, the Hash Browns and the Coffee at Macdonald's IMHO are always very very good. Service here was very good - friendly and courteous. The dining ambience here was very nice with comfortable seating and in air-conditioned comfort.

Ordered 2 sundaes on the app for pickup. One manager called out my number for collection i went to the counter and tried to get the staff’s attention multiple times but no one seems to care. Waited quite long before the manager finally answered me and he told me to check the orders that are ready before proceeding to do other things. Had to get my mother to step in in order to get a proper response and the manager replied with “we would only do the order when the customer shows up” but that was not what i was told initially. The manager then proceeds to raise his voice at us when we did not even raise ours… such poor service by this outlet and will not be returning

No complaints about the food, it’s MacDonald’s. But service is just weird, especially when collecting for takeaway. They will flash your order number on the screen as “ready”, then when you walk up to collect they just stare at you like you have committed some sin without saying anything. You have to wait for them to actually call your number (happened more than once with different staff). If you have ice cream in your order, you need to queue again at the dessert counter, after waiting for the food, to collect separately
