Instead of constantly trying to chase out the Myna birds, I think it's wiser if the staff are educated to proritise clearing off the food waste left behind by inconsiderate patrons. Changing the wide opening automatic doors to manual swing doors will help prevent/mitigate the birds invasion

Visited McDonald’s at Northshore Plaza and unfortunately the service was quite slow. The outlet is convenient and the food quality was acceptable, but the waiting time was longer than expected even for a simple order. It felt like the staff were either short-handed or unable to manage the crowd efficiently during the time I visited. The ordering process was fine, but the collection took too long, which made the overall experience less pleasant. I understand that peak hours can be busy, but the outlet could improve on speed, queue management, and communication with customers when orders are delayed. Hopefully the service can be improved, as the location is convenient and has potential to be a good neighbourhood McDonald’s. Overall, the food was okay, but the slow service affected the experience. Giving 2 stars for now.

Worst macdonald so far. Waited very long for food. Multiple experiences and the wait for pick up will be more than 30mins. Its a fast food chain but with such. And the frontline worked so slowly... take time to walk in and out to get the food.

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Danny (Staff) at McDonald’s. He is incredibly polite, kind, and attentive. Despite being so busy, he was running around making sure everyone was served quickly and with a smile. What truly stood out was his positive attitude and dedication — he went above and beyond to ensure customers felt taken care of. It’s rare to see such genuine service these days. Danny is an absolute asset to the team, and I hope his efforts are recognised. Thank you for making my visit so pleasant!

First time here at this branch, I was first served with a drink full of ice. I finished the drink in 2 mouthfuls, surprised, I opened to check. When I asked the manager, the Malay lady wearing the grey vest, I think her name is Jenette, she changed a new cup of drink for me. Great service!
