Had a wonderful experience at this McDonald’s today. A special shoutout to Lee Lee for her outstanding customer service. She was very proactive, going around to check on customers and making sure everyone was well taken care of. Her friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to help really stood out.

I would like to make a formal complaint regarding the poor service my wife experienced at Vista Point McDonald's. My wife visited your restaurant with our 2-year-old child for dinner. She placed her order at the cashier counter, made payment, and requested table service. After completing the payment, she found a seat and waited for her food. However, after waiting for more than 20 minutes, no food was delivered. My wife then went to the counter to seek assistance. One staff member simply looked at her for a few seconds and ignored her, which was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. After standing there for about a minute while carrying our 2-year-old child, another staff member approached her and asked whether her order was for takeaway. My wife explained that she was dining in and had requested table service, and that she had already been waiting for over 20 minutes. The staff member then checked the order and discovered that the food had been packed in a takeaway bag and left sitting there for more than 20 minutes. Instead of preparing a fresh meal, the staff simply handed the same order to my wife. As expected, the food was already cold. This entire experience was unacceptable. My wife was left waiting unnecessarily while carrying a young child, was ignored when asking for assistance, and was ultimately served cold food due to your staff's mistake. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and professionalism displayed. I would like an explanation regarding how this situation occurred and what actions will be taken to prevent similar incidents from happening again. I look forward to your response. This version is firm, professional, and more likely to receive a proper response from management.

Never left McDonald’s a review until now. From the time I walked in and ordered. Service is top notch, manager even came to check if everything was ok. Never experienced this level of service from McDonald’s before. Keep up the good work. Thanks to Manager Lily who served.

It might seem like a normal shopping centre to others, but I like this place. You can get almost everything - clothes, both men and women and kids, school stuff, electrical stuff, markets both wet and supermarket. Fast food and gym, pet stuff - you name it. I don't live nearby (used to) but i frequent here often,as my close contacts are here. Loving this gem 😍
