inside feels a bit cramp to be sitting, unless maybe if you're by yourself. but the order area is pretty spacious and nice, especially when there is a good breeze in the day (or night). service is normal, most staff have been pretty friendly.

32min waiting time for 2 happy meal, 1 Big Mac meal, and 1 Quaterpounder meal. Bigmac was assembly in wrong sequence (meat together instead of behind on each side of the middle bread slice). No spoon provided to eat the corns.

Earlier around 3pm, I used the self-ordering kiosk and ordered a set meal and ordered a free large fries (= 2 orders). When I passed those 2 slips to the cashier (old lady) to pay her cash, she only “processed” the set meal in the cashier machine but did not process the receipt slip with the free large fries. I told her “there’s another receipt with the free large fries”, but she acted dumb and she asked me what the order number was, then I kept saying there’s another order I made with the free fries, and she showed me a number of receipts and I just took the large fries receipt from her hand and verified it was correct. How am I supposed to remember my order number if you do not give me the receipt for it? You’re supposed to process both orders and give the customers the receipts after they’ve ordered so they have proof that they even ordered. Felt like she wanted to steal my free fries.

Extremely rude and discourteous female Indian staff (young girl, probably a student). Firstly, she was shouting order numbers in a manner which showed irritation and displeasure. I understand that it’s frustrating to have to wait. But being in a customer line, you have to stay professional. Secondly, when I received my meal, 9 piece nugget meal, it was served without any curry sauce. So I went back to take, claiming that they did not include, hence I’m here to ask. The same Indian female staff responded “you did not ask what..” I honestly wonder what service training did this staff go through? This level of service is utterly unacceptable. But the best part is that the other older service staff are stellar in their service.

Kinda misleading to the consumer. There is no nasi in the nasi lemak burger. It should be called Lemak Burger instead.

The food was on standard compare to any other mcd in Singapore, as me work for 10+ years in sg and this mcd was the best mcd, so far.. at first, can tell by the fries color was golden yellow and the bite was crunch, that’s how they oil stay clean and new most of time, make me wan to order the mcwing too when I know the oil was clean, not like other random mcd fries sometimes over fries or even fries not enough or the brown color fries lol… also they wedges damn nice, almost every week i n my beloved having supper at here lol, and the service was damn good no matter anyone of the staff, even sometime this fast food was batter than some restaurant! Thumbs up and recommended

Wish I could give 0 star for their service, thanks for ruining my Monday morning. Ordered the 1-for-1 big breakfast on 28 August 2023 and requested for a couple of butter to go with it. The slim, bespectacled Chinese auntie staff refused to and told me off that butter is reserved for hotcakes. Is there seriously a need to be so stingy with your condiments? I have never heard such “rules” when I patronize causeway point and civic center outlets. She then finally gave me a few extra butter “out of her goodwill”. Wow, I’m totally speechless, felt like I was being treated like a beggar. This is not the first time I received such treatment from the same regular bunch of aunties at the service counter at this outlet. Perhaps you could go and check out the other woodlands outlets as mentioned above to learn more about quality customer service.

Ordered breakfast at 8am on a Saturday.. Around 3 customers at that time. The breakfast foods served are cold. Hotcake can't even melt the butter. Chicken muffin is as cold. Hot Milo is in between hot and warm temp.

This is one of the worst Mcdonald’s in Singapore that is always screwing up your takeaway order. Always check your takeaway order, open up the boxes and have a sip of your drink and make sure everything is right before leaving!

07/01/2024 Ordered a self pick up at this outlet on a rainy Sunday evening at 8.30pm arrived to a relatively empty restaurant. Picked up my order and did a visual check half way while walking back home as this outlet is known to mess up the simplest order (did not provide any dipping sauce for a mcnugget order before). Alas, they forgotten about the kueh bangkit ice-cream cone. Walked back to restaurant, checked with the staff there and they passed me an ice-cream cone that couldn't even survive the trip back on a cool weather. No big deal, was planning to have it after my meal, took a bite of it, turns out the staff there mistakenly gave me a vanilla cone. I mean the level of attention this outlet has shown is unbelievable, considering the shop was almost empty at the point of collection. Ridiculous.

Has order 2 family bundle breakfast sets for my family on Sunday 1st day CNY….. the food was reasonably but pancakes & Sausage Macffin were not warm when served.. 😂😂 also noted lesser manpower at the outlet today.. but given that it's 1st day CNY.. we are thankful to the staff for being so friendly.. 🥰 We finished our breakfast with a big smile and Happy moods.. Thank you MacDonald staffs who had served us today at Vista Point Outlet.. You were Great! 😀🍊👍🏻

Waited 30 min for 2 Prosperity Chicken & 1 McSpicy Chicken meal takeout. Staff Jenny did not attend to my Q number despite it being on the ready to serve list. Instead she kept serving out other Q numbers on the preparation list. When I went to her as my Q number was listed as ready, she threw a curt question “Can you wait?” to my face. Over 10 Q numbers after mine were served before I can finally have my takeout. If not for Staff Leelee who stepped in to assist with my order, I would have waited even longer. There is no system in place. This is no fast food. Order a single meal and you’ll likely get it faster than others who make a larger purchase.
