Came for the nasi lemak burger when passing by. Like the lemak taste. And the chicken is of course great and crispy. Interesting but probably would not try again, would go for proper nasi lemak or korean fried chicken if I crave 1 of the 2...

This muffin is a takeaway order, so when I go back open it, I am soooo angry! If the bread is burnt, u should not sell to customer! It’s even worst to sell to dabao customer becos they won’t come back to change! Plus, last time the egg muffin is given to me without egg. Lots of mistakes at this branch.

We order few time also make mistake purchased set Burger without burger, when we came back feel like we make mistake, the staff also attitude problem. Did not say sorry.

It was a horrible night. I waited for almost an hour to receive my take away order. Made an order at 23:57 received at 00:45. What made it worst is the staff attitude towards this issue. They never apologised and it was a very bad customer service. Imagine to wait for almost an hour in a 'fast' food chain restaurant. What a lousy experience. I despise the staff there to be honest. I am not the kind of person who gave bad review but this is an exception. Hope they can improve their customer service. A simple apology to the customer would at least be enough but they failed to do so. Hope the management could teach their staff a simple basic manner. Thank you!

Such a disappointment. It’s stated 24 hours but it is closed today. Other diners are still eating in the restaurant. Misleading and I had no choice but to look for restaurants that are still open elsewhere coz the other restaurants or foodcourt are closed. Why are McDonalds closed when it states CLEARLY “24 HOURS”?

On the 17th of April, Wednesday, morning 6am, a manager named Kenneth was serving me. His service was extremely horrifying. Firstly, we redeemed the family meal that costs $18.20 and wanted to pay in store however total amount shown on kiosk verses nets device was different. It showed $22.80. We brought this issue up to Kenneth and he asked us to just pay the extra money and he can’t do anything about it and I was extremely shocked by that suggestion. So we no choice but had to waste that redemption that we redeemed thru the Mac Donald’s app. I redeemed another from a different phone and paid online and it cost $18.20. So it’s fine we let it go. Secondly, in that family meal it contains of two sets of pancake which total is 4 pancakes, Kenneth only gave us one maple syrup which wasn’t enough, so we requested for another. However he told me that they only give one for 4 pancakes i reminded him that we have 4 pancakes and his response to that was, “it is enough for you” and I was extremely pissed because I find that response rude. Since he was unwilling to give I told him it’s fine then. I’m a regular here and previously the other staff and managers would give extra if requested. This is seriously horrible service and I ask that something is done and he is informed of his terrible service. Thank you
