I ordered via the mobile app for table service. I understand that it is the Lunch Hour Rush, I used to work in FnB. I waited for 35mins and noticed people around me getting their order despite me coming first. Thats when I wanted to check the status of my order from the counter lady (Lay Yee), without looking at my order number or making eye contact, in an attempt for me not to disturb her she told me "order is already making and its otw". She added another remark in an annoyed tone "we have many order just wait" Just as the team lead got out of the kitchen I directly asked him instead, which he then realised my order chit was nowhere to be found. He assured me he will expedite and deliver to my table and within minutes he did. Please get Lay Yee to go further customer training, checking my order just takes a few seconds in comparison I waited for 45mins to receive my order

We came in a large group and ordered through the application. The table number was keyed on wrongly. The restaurant manager handled the situation very well and delivered the order swiftly once we told her about our mistake. Very impressed with her professionalism.

What was supposed to be a routine stop at McDonald’s to fuel up on questionable life choices and gloriously low-quality protein turned into something completely unexpected. For the first time in our lives, someone at a McDonald’s genuinely looked happy to see us. That someone was Kritigah. She greeted us with the biggest smile, endless positive energy, and the kind of cheerful attitude that instantly changed the whole experience. Instead of feeling like Customer #847 of the day, we felt genuinely welcome. The food was exactly what you’d expect from McDonald’s—but the service? Five-star hotel level. If every McDonald’s had a Kritigah, they’d need Michelin stars instead of golden arches. Whoever hired her deserves a raise. Whoever trains with her should take notes. And Kritigah herself deserves recognition for reminding everyone that a smile and a great attitude can completely transform someone’s day. We’ll definitely be back—not just for the burgers, but hoping to be greeted by Kritigah again.

The water pressure of the tap in McDonald’s is impressively strong and effective. As soon as the tap is turned on, a powerful stream of water flows out, making handwashing quick and convenient. The strong pressure easily removes soap, grease, and dirt, leaving hands feeling clean and refreshed. Unlike weak taps that can be frustrating to use, the McDonald’s tap provides a satisfying and reliable flow of water. This excellent water pressure enhances the overall customer experience and demonstrates the restaurant’s commitment to cleanliness and comfort.

I just loved this McDonald’s. Me and my friends were loud but the staff didn’t bother. And we went to the cashier this old lady asked me if I wanted a straw and it really showed her kindness. They let us stay there for an hour and it was peak dinner time. I really liked the speed but what impressed me were the staff. I don’t remember her name but she needs a raise.
