Worst service ever. Today I went to order the Samurai beef burger special set with shaker fries. The wait is long and when the food came. There is no shaker salt in it as well as the drink is missing. I told the staff and she told this meal doesn’t come with drink and I have to show her the set meal photo that include the drink. Then she dumbfounded… my god they dun even know what is their set meal consist. Last time ever go Farjar MacDonald the service is bad

This particular branch has some serious issue with their quality control. Most of the time there will be some orders missing from the package. For those who are going to take away from this branch, it's a must to double check if all orders are in place. If not, be prepare to walk back again.

Order one Hash brown, wait for 15 mins. My order number already disappear from the screen. Behind me orders deliver but not me. Ask one staff, she say will deal my order but no action. Ask 2nd staff , her reply me just one words Wait and no action. After l shout to them than she immediately process my order. To me they just don't care. Infact my previous order here also have many missing items. Must check.

Imagine waiting for more than 20 mins for a cup of coffee black take away. I had placed the order at 1324hr and the time now is 1344hr, and I had not received my coffee. I went up to the counter to ask about my order and they said it is still packing(?!)

This has been happening since 2024. This outlet has been scamming customers on quantity of potato pops. Even contacted them for feedback. Agreed that they will solve the issue, returned today to the same scam. Hopeless. Management does not want to look into the issue
