The Big Mac that I ordered had really dried meat patties and didn't taste the usual. The French Fries were also not crispy and tasted like they been sitting there for some time. Poor compared to other McD outlets. The trash cans were full to the brim. The manager should be more aware of what is happening in the dining area.

At basement of Lucky Plaza Mall. Standard Macdonald food and decoration. Staffs were friendly. The missing star was due to the cleanliness of the table. The trays and rubbish were removed quite fast from the tables. However, the tables were not wiped. The outlet was normally quite crowded, so it was normally quite challenging to find a seat.

In the Daytime, this McDonald’s is okay. But after 20:00 ordered a menu, the cheese and burger was cold, the fries was cold.. than I wanted some ketchup, not working the ketchup dispenser. 5 Filipino children shouting in the restaurant, so I had to tell them to behave or leave… Will only eat here again if I have no choice.

There is always so much rush, you have to stand in queue for long time and there is not even place for queue. I had to wait for half an hour and after that they missed my order lol. So never go there on Sunday . You gonna regret it for sure 😁😁

Overall is okay. After 9.30pm, nothing much can eat around orchard road area so McD is one of the best choice. Crispy chicken not crispy as i expected.

The atmosphere feels a bit dark and crowded because it’s on the lower level but other than that, everything is great. They have the self ordering system and my food came extremely quick! Tasted alright, overall a good meal.

Undercooked chicken in burger, cold and greasy fries, old salad in the wrap with slimey grey chicken. Disgusting AND expensive. I regret everything.

I visited the McDonald's at Lucky Plaza, located in the basement on the corner. It was a convenient spot to grab some quick food for my son. The service was fast and satisfactory, allowing us to get our meals promptly. If you're looking for a no-fuss meal and don't want to venture far, this McDonald's at Lucky Plaza could be a suitable choice.

This is the worst mac spicy I ever had in my life. Over burnt. Fries felt like it was left on counter for a few hours before served. Fish burger also burnt. The colour of the patty is black for both burgers. All my 20 over years, this is the worst mac Donald’s meal I ever had. Comparable to novena’s velocity kfc outlet. It’s just fast food, how is it possible for you guys to even mess up. Ridiculous….

This morning, I bought breakfast and the Filipino employee kept asking me to wait and spoke in a very bad tone. It didn't matter. I waited for 15 minutes. Finally, their supervisor helped me find it but found that my order was missing. It was a waste of my time. Bad experience. I hope you can talk to your staff about better service attitude.

Was here earlier to buy lunch grilled chx salad take away . Feel disappointed when reach back to wrk for lunch. No forks given..no salad sauce . But instead give me 3 pkts of chilli sauce. Wat the hell ppl eating salad with garlic chilli sauce. This is not the 1st time happen. Please staffs double check b4 hand it to customer. But the only nice for today is the pinecoconut frp. Kiddos to the staff making this drink. Atmosphere ~ for Sunday view,I believe they shud not crowd there outside blocking people way . Do smtg abt it.
