I had a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Every dish was full of flavor and exceeded my expectations. What made the experience even better was the outstanding customer service. We were served by Aliyyah, Syam and Faiz and they are super friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. Their professionalism and warm attitude truly enhanced our dining experience. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back again!

Being listed in the Michelin Guide naturally raised my expectations, and I can see why this place gets the recognition. What I appreciate most is that it makes good food accessible. You don’t need to visit a fine dining restaurant to enjoy quality food. Seeing a Michelin-recognized stall in a food court says a lot about the standard they maintain. The chicken was a highlight for me — so tender that the meat practically falls off the bone. If you’re not into spicy food, they can also prepare it without chili, which is a nice touch. Overall, the quality is good for the price, making it a worthwhile meal if you’re at Plaza Singapura.

Was at the Level 6 food court at Plaza Singapura when my MIL and my SO’s uncle got hungry, so they decided to order 2 plates of nasi lemak from Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang 🍛✨ Started back in 2017, this Muslim-owned hawker brand has grown rapidly over the years, with outlets across Hougang, Tampines, Kaki Bukit and more. They even earned a place in the 2021–2025 Michelin Guide Singapore 👏 One thing interesting about them is that they only start frying the ingredients upon order instead of leaving them pre-fried on display. So yes, there’s some waiting time involved — but you do get everything served fresh and hot. 🔥 My MIL really enjoyed the nasi lemak and mentioned that everything tasted freshly made. After seeing and smelling the food, I’ve already made a mental note to come back and try it myself next time 😆 #AyamTaliwang #NasiLemak #PlazaSingapura #MichelinGuideSG #SGFoodies #SingaporeEats #FoodieSG #HalalFoodSG #LocalDelights #HawkerFoodSG #FreshlyMade #InstaFoodSG #FoodReview #mealsphotos @nasilemakayamtaliwang

April 2026 — I’ve visited this nasi lemak stall a few times but never felt the need to write a review. This visit, however, was disappointing enough to share, especially given that the stall has been listed in the Michelin Guide for many years. The overall taste was quite ordinary. The rice and sambal were acceptable, but the chicken wing was very poor — dry, overcooked, and fried in oil that seemed overused, resulting in a very dark, almost burnt appearance. The otah also lacked flavor and could use improvement. I’m honestly puzzled by how this stall earned its place in the Michelin Guide. I hope the standards improve, and I look forward to the day when the food matches its reputation.

Damm good Ayam Taliwang indomie. Noodles were springy and grilled chicken was tender, moist and melts in your mouth. Never had such a good bbq chicken leg!! Chilli goes well with the noodles and ayam.
