I dont always patronized fast food. Waited 10 mins for my order just to dine in. Should have more manpower to cater to online order, not to keep dining-in waiting. Ordered Filet -o-fish. The burger was cold. Only Cappucino and fries were hot. Toilet at this particular branch, need extensive upgrading. Ever saw water flooding out, affecting the dining area. Not HEALTHY. Hope to see changes!

Indoor (air conditioned) and outdoor seatings, sits approximately 60 pax. Place is popular among students during breakfast time. Toilets are available inside (1x male, 1x female, 1x handicapped). Opens till late on selected days during non covid-19 periods.

It is a local outlet and has the majority of macdonalds items except for milkshake. It is a small outlet without many seats and with the dinner crowd it can get a bit crowded. I enjoyed my meal here with my parents and that it is very accessible to the residents here. The service here is decent and overall, a nice neighbourhood macdonalds outlet

No vanilla hot fudge sundae! Tried the coconut hot fudge promotion and it doesn’t taste good at all. Why would anyone need the hot fudge on coconut ice cream? 🤔 Well the good thing, they do give enough chocolate at this outlet. A pity they don’t have vanilla ice cream while having this coconut promotion.

I recently visited during peak hours and would like to share some observations and areas for improvement: Wait Time: The waiting time for orders was notably long, exceeding 20-30 minutes. It would be beneficial to assess operational efficiency during these hours to ensure customers are served promptly. Food Preparation and Serving: I noticed that part of my order, specifically a burger, was prepared and left on the tray for an extended period (over 10 minutes) while the rest of the order was being readied. This impacts the freshness and quality of the food served. It might be helpful to coordinate the timing of the food preparation better to ensure all items are served close together and while they are still fresh. Staffing: It appeared that the establishment might be understaffed during the peak period. This not only affects the speed of order processing but also the staff's ability to handle customer inquiries adequately. Consider evaluating the staffing needs during peak hours to ensure efficient and effective service. I genuinely hope this feedback will be taken as an opportunity to enhance the customer experience.

Personally writing this because this is not the first time i've encountered this situation. I bought Happy Meal for that specific toy and end up i got some other random toy that is not in the current series. Maybe if the current season's toy is out of stock the management can state it when we're ordering? i've encountered this way too many times and it's really annoying how i keep paying to get something but end up not getting it even after spending money just to get that item. please do something about this.

Super slow service. The staff apparently cares more about delivery than the customers waiting for take away or dine in. Waited 25 mins for 2 burgers. And there is no coffee. How is that acceptable.

The fries at this outlet is consistently not fresh and darker than fries served at other macdonalds likely due to re-using older oil. Must check takeaway orders to make sure they didnt forget items in the order as well.

Twice l order takeout there and twice there are problems. First incident. I ordered takeout; meals with sundaes. After 20 mins my number from the preparing column just disappeared. It did not appear on the ready to collect column. It just vanished. I decided to give it another 10 mins. I noticed like my order has been packed on the counter so decided to ask the manager. I told her my number vanished after almost half an hour and need to know if my order is still on track. The manager checked and told her crew they need to get my sundae. I got my order after almost 45 mins. Am I complaining? The 2nd time was also for takeout. They missed out my burger. I have to come all the way back to collect.

Fries is soggy and feels like it’s fried twice and it’s not hot. Went to ask to change up. Staff straight alway went to take another one. It’s slightly better, hotter but still look non appetizing as the col of the fries just feels that the oil used to cook this isn’t fresh. Also their twister fries is getting from good to bad.

I’ve been staying here my whole life. Recently at every visit of 2023 and 2024 it’s been a horror. The outlet is so dirty! I even saw a dead cockroach. I had a picture!!! But yikes I have changed phone and unable to sync. Overall my experience here has been bad. Staff is all very welcoming and friendly but the hygiene of this McDonald is atrocious. Don’t even let me start with the toilet…

This is my go to McDonald since it's located near my office. Every time the food is standard good but the service is quite slow. This morning is the worst. Even though I ordered first from the kiosk and so many other ppl ordered after me, I got my food after those ppl. Normally they serve like 3-5 min after order. Today about 12 minutes and there were only 3-4 customers. The server faces are like they don't care. Should improve it.

If you think McDonald's is fast food, think again. Ordered my food through the app at 12.06 and got my food at 12.29. That is a full 23 minutes for 1 QuarterPounder Meal. It looked as though people who ordered their food through the kiosks received their food quicker - I saw people entering and ordering (AFTER ME), getting their takeout and leaving while I was just left there waiting and waiting. Update: I started eating... the burger is sloppily put together, with like half a dollop of tomato ketchup, onions everywhere but in the burger, and barely warm. Worst Macs experience thus far.

The young male staff who served was patient and politely recommended me on what is the best combination to save cost. Than you young man! Though I am not a regular customer I must say that standard of the french fries has definitely gone down, the fish fillet was darkened possibly over 'cooked' although still ok. Nevertheless, the wedges and taro pies were good.
