Ordered from the kiosks at 12.50pm and only got my food at 2.13pm, even with reminders at the 40 min and 60 min marks. People who came and ordered in-store after me finished their meals while I was still there waiting. Food was at room temperature at best. Chocolate drink came in a half full cup. 2x ice cream cones given with no carriers even though it's a takeaway order. Overall, would not recommend waiting in-store during peak periods. Order through their app 30 min earlier or just get delivery.

Fast service from the Kiosk. Foods are served hot. Loved their Chicken Mc. Crispy. But it was not as spicy as when it just released on the menu anymore :'(

Food was not correct, missing an item. went to the counter in attempts to ask for the missing item. Staff didn’t even bother to look at me. Could even say they were avoiding eye contact. Called one of the female staff but she just asked me to wait and continued her things. Stood there for another 10 minutes before I had enough and called one of the guy staff. As I started to tell him my order had a missing item, he looked at me and started to call out another order number, in my face while I was talking. After calling out the order number he just walked away from me as if I wasn’t speaking at all to him 1 minute ago. Royston brother u should just quit the service industry if ur attitude is like that towards customers. Regardless bad days or not that’s not how service works.

i ordered double mcspicy and i got double fillet o fish. i am very very angry. this is not a joke. i was looking forward to my double mcspicy aft a long day. mcspicy means a lot to me and i think i deserve a refund. 😡

This macdonald is located on the 2nd level of gek poh shopping centre. It does not open 24 hour. Weekday till 10pm and weekend till 11pm. To access there after gek poh shopping centre closed (3 glass doors will be closed), you would have to go in via the entrance from the multi-storey carpark. Soon there will be an upcoming Jurong Regional Line MRT in 2025/26.

Located on the second floor of Gek Poh Shopping Centre, this McDonald's was recently refurbished with a new look. Apart from the self-ordering machine, you can also request for table service when you order your food. Also, there is an area reserved for parties as well.

Very busy in the evening. Xavier helped me get my 2 separate orders and offered to bag the hot items in a plastic bag after hearing me mention that it has started to rain. His initiative was greatly appreciated as otherwise my nuggets and fries would hv been soaked in the rain. Keep up the good work Xavier.

The nearest outlet which is near to my home. Food & services from the staffs are okay as they need to handle the customers efficiently when the restaurant was crowded. The only deal-breaker was some of the patrons who tend to talk very loudly while eating, unaware of their surroundings & patrons who watched their drama series too loud or play their mobile games while they are eating.

If can I rate not even a star. Waited more than 20mins in the early morning. Approach the staff and manager. Give me impatient attitude and told me they only had 2 people working. I understand and waited but This is your business not mine. Even worst It’s a fast food restaurant. When serve the food culinary and condiments didn’t even give. I had to go to counter and ask. Most funniest part staff even ask and said I didn’t give?

noticed this since awhile ago this branch doesn't make use of the collection system well, why would you indicate an order as ready to serve when you still let them wait for 20 over minutes, restaurant is barely filled in the morning, pathetically empty in fact yet with 5 staff members service can still be so ridiculously slow? seems like there's even a priority for mobile orders and table orders? readying of food doesn't even go by order. Even told the staff yet couldn't bother to be apologetic in the slightest way. you have your staff having friendly banter around the counter yet barely anyone is helping out in the preparing of order

extremely upset that the contact number on McDonalds App is given is practically dead. ordered on foodpanda for 12 sets of happy meals, but yet mc staff missed out my 3 toys for the set. How am i going to explain to my students now???? this is not the first time Macs has missed out orders!!!

Order at 10.19.. only to received at 10.45 .. im not complaining about the wait time but my grandparents were hungry . I also see alot of new faces working here, alot of them were very slow during rush hour.

While it's tucked away in a small corner and mostly manned by young teens, the crowd control and short delivery times are definitely pluses. Yeah I also don't see seat hoggings, the crowd came, ate and left making way for other diners. Very well managed

usually the food here ain’t bad but had a really bad McGriddles today…. bun was overcooked and it’s really really dry and m hard to chew… i haven’t eaten such a bad McGriddles before and i am displeased!!

TERRIBLE store, peak hour so is that an excuse for so delayed order? Then nvm ask me to cancel leh but the order already preparing then the mac app don’t let me cancel??? So what am I supposed to do? Then nvm kup my call as well when I wanted to check why cannot cancel. + worse customer service. Cannot give me an estimate, no proper distribution for online orders, an orders in store. Tell me got 6 delivery before me + 20 in store so cannot tell me ETA of delivery. So then I order for what? If I am able not to select gekpoh I wouldn’t, ordered from pioneer mall, jurong point etc NO SUCH ISSUE.
