Dined in on sunday, male service staff was extremely efficient and polite. The bread, however, was a DISAPPOINTMENT. It was not only soggy, but was hard in the middle too. It felt stale, like its been left out for long. Please see pictures, clearly not crisp and fresh looking.

Bought their $8.5 breakfast sandwich set to-go. Got served a faulty designed coffee cup, that spilled all over my feet and hot coffee scalded me. Caused huge inconvenience during my morning commute to work. Had to clean the mess while still on the bus. Gave feedback to Subway and their customer service response is, "offer you a complementary coffee". 🤷♂️ Avoid getting their hot beverages to-go, lest you want a terrible experience.

Chicken BLT for lunch with only 2 strips of chicken bacon. However, they have a great selection of veggies and sauces. Recommend the cheese and spicy mayo. **Do expect long queue and waiting time during lunch hours.

Taste wise, it's pretty much the standard Subway taste. But at least the sandwiches are hot (unlike some other outlet). What stands out is the customer service and working attitude of the staff. The manager (Balu or Bala? Can't remember correctly), leads his team well. He is very welcoming, and there has been a few times where I've heard him checking in on his team to see if they're doing OK/if the need help. The staff at this outlet are efficient and have a proper sense of urgency without comprising on service/quality.

We have eaten here a number of times and have always had a great meal. The servers are very friendly without being intrusive during your meal, you can enjoy it and still carry on a conversation without yelling to be heard. The food is very tasty and always hot. All around great place to relax and enjoy a great meal."

Got the roast beef foot long sgd15.1 which was a steal as 6 inch is already sgd9.3. It's 6 slices of roast beef with cheese melted, you choose whatever veggies you want and sauce to drizzle. Very neatly packed. Serviettes provided. Only 281 calories for 6 inch roast beef, 24g protein and 3g fat only. Extremely diet friendly. But after eating my tummy felt a bit weird, maybe it's the processed cheese. Indian server very prompt and efficient and can speak mandarin, very jovial guy with good service. Most importantly he called me "pretty lady" in mandarin. He is the type of service staff every eatery wishes to hire and every patron wishes to be served by. Queue moved quite fast despite being long. Sit down area quite clean, patrons have no issues sharing tables, servers also help facilitate. Love this subway branch, will be back.

We checked in 10 minutes before 11 on Friday, 26 May 2023 & ordered their breakfast set. The service crew was extremely polite & I wish to express my appreciation to him. It changed my perspective of Subway. I had a very bad experience at the Funan branch.

13 august 10.45am I ordered a 3inch ham n egg flatbread. A Malay aunty gave me a 6inch instead n I didn’t know. I asked why it was $5.5 she said it’s 6 inch. I said I ordered 3inch she kept insisting I said I wanted 6 inch. She was very rude, if she has no mood to serve customers just don’t work.

If short handed please communicate to customers, patiently waited for 30 minutes for 2 flat breads because you had box orders and was short handed with staff, stacking multiple orders with customers waiting in line, made me late for work as well. Came to subway for a quick purchase but no communication was given, understood your difficulties but it was still unacceptable.

Food was great but the service was worst. Take 20-30mins to wait for a “fast food” even I am the first in the queue . Have to wait the staff do the whole queue orders together. I think the staff don’t know how to manage the work properly. Terrible experience.

Aunty took my order got mix up and make a different sandwich (BLT and BMT). Well, can only blame myself for not paying attention to what she was doing, so LL bopian accept, paid a bit more (instead of 6.50 meal) and go. The guy cashier (manager) didn't give me the receipt. Anyway, today I walk away unhappy unlike other days.

I love my tuna subs.. but I was shocked that I was charged $7.10 at Raffles City outlet vs $6.90 at Funan Outlet. The server informed that there was no mistake. Each outlet price can vary. Ok, buyer beware…

Absolutely amazing in terms of service and quality. There was a long queue and lots of pick up orders and only 2 people working but they still managed to push the orders out regardless. It was worth complimenting the fact that they still greet every customer with a smile regardless how busy they were or the fact that every ingredient was still placed well and worth-the-price quantity.

Hashbrowns look soggy and not fresh. Breaks apart upon touching it. The whole dining area is full of houseflies. Not a pleasant place to dine in with lots of houseflies aiming for your food.

Dear Subway Customer Service, I recently visited Twice the Subway restaurant located at 252 North Bridge Road #1 -36 Raffles City and wanted to share my positive experience. The manager, Zain Ali was exceptionally courteous and helpful, making my visit very pleasant. Additionally, the food was incredibly tasty and fresh. First for lunch I noticed the manager Zain Ali was alone with many customers it seems busy like hell so pity on him . Second time I went there for dinner with my friend then I noted Zain Ali again working just two persons with another lady staff . I was so interesting how they are running this store with only two person since a lot of customers are coming in. And saw his excellent work performance so great. Working non stop . Asked his name to give feedback his made great food and excellent service, working hard. My suggestion please put a few more staffs ☺️ Best regards, Sandwich lover
