Would be great if their opening hours were stated correctly. It apparently closes by 9pm but when I came at 8pm, they said they were closed.

Subway is always one of the best fast food locations in Singapore. Staff is friendly and efficient always to get my sub prepared within a short time. Place is cleaned as well time to time to keep the place nice and tidy. Hope you all enjoy the subs like I do. Thank you

Who lives in the hearts and minds of many diners for good-tasting and healthy sandwiches? SUBWAY! SUBWAY! My favorite sub is the foot-long tuna sub with everything on it—a much more nutritious meal than your traditional burgers.

I arrived at 735pm today 25th July and the Indian lady at the counter told me they are closed. I asked her what time do they close everyday and she replied 730. Maybe subway want to revise the operating hours or the manpower hours for the tanjong pagar mrt outlet?

Flew in late and raced to get my daughter a sandwich for dinner - they closed 20 mins early and wouldn’t serve me.

Poor customer service. When ordering I had asked for the $6 Chicken promo and had even pointed at the promo standee that i wanted it. Only during payment did they tell me that I order the italian meal instead because i was that they wanted to charge me even more for the meal. I told them that I ordered the chicken but they insisted that I had ordered the italian. Both servers then ganged up on me and said that i had order the italian when i clearly remembered that i had ordered chicken (as i always have) and even remember pointing to the standee. Not trying to be difficult I paid for the meal and went home. Overall I think the server should have apologized and at least offered if i wanted to pay for the italian or remade a chicken meal instead. For identification, both servers were Indian.

Visited on 11 September 2023. Outlet was not packed with people despite it being near weekday lunch period. Might be because it is located underground and not really accessible and visible. Ordering was fuss free and easy. Staff were nice and friendly. Overall an okay experience.
