How on earth does Singapore not have any gluten free options? This Subway, which notes it has gluten free, has no wrap or bread options and only a salad. When the majority of said salad is lettuce, 2 slices of tomato, and not much else, not sure what is on offer. Modernisation might be in order.

I always want to order one piece toastie from this outlet and the staff keeps telling me to get 2 pcs since it’ll be more worth it but it’ll be too filling for me i still wanted to stick to one piece. Afterwards she will say she wont serve me because she doesn’t have half the bread for the toastie??? then afterwards also told me that she cant serve me anyways because she doesn’t have the bread at all??? that always ruined my morning whenever i wanted to get something from subway. really really poor service!

Tried to order 105 subs for an event from Subway delivery website but had a terrible experience with its manager. Called T3 Subway as it was one of the closest stores and the manager/owner picked up very quickly, was incredibly friendly and helpful as well as responsive via text. The team that prepared our order was extremely accommodating and fast.

This is one of worst subway around. The staff has really bad attitude and try to not help with any of the request. Always give black face if ask anything. Pls don’t visit this store.

The outlet has long queues and the queue moves slowly due to staff ignoring the queue. All seems to be engrossed in doing their work despite multiple "hello", "hi" and "excuse me". Perhaps they are waiting for one another to attend to the long queue.

Worst Experience service was ok but in my drink their is something when i opened the cover there is something inside the drink i don't know what was that but it is his duty to check the glass properly and than served maybe the pickles are also spoiled because it taste bitter please served properly🙏🏻.

Not really in the Basement 2 outlet. But this T3 transit outlet charge Ala Carte price because the combo price is only valid for 6inch size. Wonder where the logic is, customers spend more just to be charged more.

Pretty nice and relatively affordable dining option in Changi Airport. The setup is really similar to what you'd find in hawker centers throughout the rest of the island, including even the drink station. The price is of course more expensive than outside the airport, but compared to other options in the vicinity, it's a bargain. Flavorful and light fried fish noodle for $6, briyani at $7, 'economic' rice for a bit cheaper. The hygiene of the dining space could've been a bit better though since this is in the airport not a neighborhood hawker center. Perhaps they want to make the experience truly authentic without a need to leave the airport eh?

the Korean and Japanese food stall's menu attracted us. the beef curry rice is rich and creamy. there are plenty of beef slices. rice is cooked just right. the kimchi signature set is like a little pot of kimchi stew. generous amount of ingredients. the taste of the soup could be richer. i like the buzzer, the stall owner can let you know when the food is ready as you find your seat.

We dropped by this food court before our flight departure. There is a nice variety of food including mixed rice, noodles, chicken rice and a drinks stall. The drinks stall prices were reasonable and the local coffee taste was good.

Few stalls already closed down so choices of food limited and pricy. Tomyum banmian was average. Kolomee was good though, their coffee also strong.

The subway service crew was patient with my son who was new to ordering. I like how this subway outlet accepts NTUC app payment too. The signature breakfast set cost $2, for union members even on a weekday. It came as a sweet surprise, considering that many places cost $5 and above. The service crew at the Penyet king stall was patient as I took a while to decide what I wanted. She was nice to separate the chilli when I told her that the food was for my child. She gave one extra tofu too. I like the ambience here. There is a viewing gallery and it is not very crowded.

The eateries are spacious with lots of food choices. Recommended their steamed chicken rice add on herbal cooked egg.
