Me and my girlfriend just wanted subway for lunch to have a chill time. My girlfriend ordered and ask for lettuce and NO CHEESE. There’s this Indian lady just shouted at my girlfriend that there’s no lettuce but added cheese anyways. She still dared to scold us. Personally I think change your workers attitude, fire her or just close this place down entirely. Her attitude is going to make your other workers think that being rude is okay. My girlfriend and I ended up eating somewhere else as we don’t think we can face this kind of attitude.

Take a look at this, ITS $14 dollars. I order double meats and there is no double meat. Always making wrong order. Seriously. Subway please properly train your staff. Your sandwich is already one of the most expensive out there, the least you can do is give your customers correct order.

Ordered flatbread breakfast set at around 920am, was told that theres no hash brown when they included in the menu. Proceeded with ordering the drink for the set, we ordered coffee and mineral water as we were told that theres no ice milo. However, upon payment we didn't receive any coffee so we asked and clarified with the staff. The counter was a male staff and his colleague assisted with our request. He then came out and give a very rude attitude, pointing fingers at us and staring at us fiercely. I understand miscommunication happens, but would rly appreciate the staff talking and explaining nicely so that both side can understand. The female colleague is nice to assist with our order and asked me to relax, but maybe she should ask her colleague to have a nicer attitude instead? I also dont really understand why i need to pay $1 for the coffee when it comes with the set? I didnt even take the mineral water. I ask her about it and she didnt collect any money from me and ask me if its okay. But isnt supposed to be part of the set meal price? We didnt take the mineral water and we paid for the canned milo. ($2.80) its no wonder why they have so many 1 star review. This outlet doesn't even deserve 1 star

The spicy beef taco is the worst I have eaten. There is no meat at all, all sauce and the staff didn't even bother to give enough "sauce". If I knew spicy beef taco is not as shown in the picture I will never ever order that. Felt scammed.

The server I encountered was extremely rude. After noticing the store was unusually empty, I reviewed online comments and now understand that others have had similar negative experiences.
