I was serviced by your crew comprising Leader Duriah, members, Liyana andMong Hong. I am impressed with the Team Kindness understanding and outstanding Customer service. They work very well as a Team and Leader Duriah was very thoughtful to recommend the best combinations to us. They are indeed great role models and project great image for Subway. Please help me to show my appreciation and groom them with more growth opportnities. Regards Tony Chang

I always brought egg & cheese flatbread here and they always make a new egg on every order however today the egg already been pre made and it was fresh like always. It wasn’t even busy and I feel like I have waste my money for this. Can we normalise it to have a freshly made egg for breakfast? Instead of pre made it? This is so disappointing to be honest.

Dead atmosphere, horrible staff. The dude was very nice but the Malay and Chinese Aunty really out here side eyeing and acting funny with customers. Can’t even be bothered to change gloves and stuff for people. Handling meat products with veggie meals.

Visited this outlet on 11 March around 7:20pm. A simple request to swap green peppers for lettuce in a Smokey Brisket sandwich was refused and I was told it would require an additional charge. More concerning was the staff’s handling of the situation. She declined to provide her name when requested and made the interaction unnecessarily difficult. The sandwich artist was initially prepared to accommodate the request but was stopped. I submitted a formal complaint (Ref: MSG51313753) and followed up, but have not received any response to date. I also noticed several recent reviews describing similar service issues at this outlet, which suggests this may not be an isolated incident. Disappointing experience, particularly given the lack of follow-up. (Update 27 April 2026): Received an initial reply but no further response after follow-up. Issue remains unresolved. (Update 3 May 2026): Following my earlier review, I was contacted by Subway Singapore HQ, who took the matter seriously and handled it professionally. They acknowledged that the situation should have been managed with more flexibility and that the handling at the outlet level was not appropriate. I appreciate the time taken to understand the issue and the steps taken to address it, including follow-up and coaching at the outlet. Thank you for taking ownership and working towards improving the customer experience.

I’m writing this review to support the staff because I witnessed the incident myself. The staff explained everything clearly and politely, including that the his order is fixed recipe. Despite this, the customer refused to accept it and chose to make a scene. It was not the staff’s fault at all. The argument made the queue longer, especially close to breaking fast time. I always buy sandwich here because it’s fresh, and I prefer this outlet for my sandwiches. The staff have always been friendly and professional. I hope management continues to support them.
