I would like to compliment one of your staff at Poiz center. Her name is Zaki:) I ordered egg mayo and one coffee. At the cashier I was asked to choose one cookie. I said I didn order cookie. Ohh is a set. Ms Zaki went the extra mile to explain to me the price difference if I get a set and not. Thank you so much for the great customer service:)

Had a great experience, the 3 ladies serving were amazing. Very polite, fast, and efficient. Even though the restaurant was busy, they still greeted every customer with a smile and maintained such a warm attitude throughout. Really appreciate the excellent service!

Just wanted to say Syazwan’s attitude and service was really admirable Costumer infront ordered one of the subs that had fixed sauces. Syazwan told her the sauces were fixed as she was ordering, which she somewhat acknowledged. Afterwards when syazwan went on to put the sauces she got really annoyed and blamed Syazwan for not asking her (“you never even ask me!” “I don’t want the sauce” “you put already now what”) . Syazwan handled the situation really well, tried to take out the sauce and parts that were in contact with the sauce as much as possible and replaced with new toppings, really well done on her part and quite smart imo Some costumers should rlly chill out and learn English

I visited today and ordered a Tuna sandwich with a mushroom add-on. The staff member preparing my sandwich clearly stated the add-on would be 1.50 SGD. However, when I got to the cashier, I was charged for a 'Mushroom Delight' with two scoops of tuna, which is an extra 3.00 SGD. When I questioned the price, the cashier claimed it was a 'new rule from the boss' to charge for the most expensive option. To make matters worse, I have no way of knowing if I even received 1 or 2 scoops of mushroom (as a Mushroom Delight is supposed to be). It’s a shame because the food is decent, but the lack of transparency and the 'bait-and-switch' pricing at the register is a major turn-off.
