The service is very good and the portions are very generous. The staff are friendly as well and the cost is not expensive for what you get. Will come again 👍

Honestly, this is terrible service. I don’t even get to choose my veggies, sauce, or bread? They said it’s standardised based on the photo and only add capsicum and onion for veggie.

Bought this 6-inch Spicy Taco Beef sandwich. I am utterly disappointed by how this has turned out. It is limp, soggy and sorely lacking in ingredients!! Subway has always been my go-to for a satisfying and quick meal at a reasonable price point, I need to say that this is a first for me. I cannot imagine that Subway built a reputation for themselves based on selling sandwiches that look like this! I think the management needs to look into the staff working at this outlet. To add insult to injury, the request stated was for everything except corn. As the picture shows, NOTHING except corn was given!!!!!

They have been here since Artra was but the crew here seems to be giving less filling than other outlets, be it sandwiches or wraps, none came up to be a decent full portion for the full price tag. Hope this franchise owner can look into the consistent quality and service level by other outlets. For a few good times, the renowned sandwiches that are supposed to be great, pale badly with a flat sandwich, flat flatbread (how much can it go flatter…), half famished wrap.

I agree with other people’s comments that the staff attitude needs to be improved. Very rude and unpleasant even when customers just ask for information. It is even worse when they made mistake with order and had to fix ut
