i asked the cashier for a separate bag because i knew i was going to spillnit on my way back home but he refused and now i got a wet cookie and sandwich

I think the team's service was very fast and efficient. From the minute I stepped into the store I was greeted and the service is excellent throughout . It was my first time having breakfast at subway but I am not disappointed . Will definitely have breakfast at subway again due to great service

This made my day when we were lethargic to cook breakfast. my friend (living nearby) took us here for our breakfast.The menu for bf was so simple and nutritious.Beverages were customised According to your taste. Price was reasonable and staff there was friendly too. I again went there fee days later for my late lunch post my shopping.They were closed by 4 pm that day becoz of their team meeting and stuff.

Always forget about packing coffee when u ordered for home deliveries and even forget about the cookies as well. Already had this experience 3 times over. Will Subway management please look into this?? Thanks 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Asked to toast the vegetable (2vege only) together as I won't add on any vege later, the staff like not happy if the service can't be customised then put the staff into ur business training 😮💨

Tables are clean when was here for early lunch, that's becoming unusual in Singapore. I guess Subway is practicing austerity measures, by not providing napkins and pretending not to hear request for extra ingredients. I asked for extra onions, she pretended not to hear... And no napkins when you take away, unless you specifically asks for it. They were really busy preparing take away orders for people not in the queue, making customers who were queuing wait. Well, at least we got clean tables, hurrah.

There is a one Malay girl who wearing glasses very rude and black face all the way. When I requested something she did not even acknowledge it and look at me at all. Very horrible service by her. Really unpleasant experience!! I dont feel like going again because of her service. I think manager need to train her customer service properly.

The service of one of the staff here is really bad. I asked for more onions, but she added only 3 small pieces inside. Then when i ask her to add more, she just threw it outside of the bread and seem very annoyed. Even the other veggies also give so little. Other outlets usually give 3 tomatoes when u order but she gave one normal slice and a very small piece??? If veggie is something you want to save costs on then don’t even serve them and give us pityful portions..

Horrible experience,if I could give zero stars I would. There is a Malay girl at the vegetable counter with bad attitude and poor customer service. The manager should train her to provide better customer service. She charged me additional 1 dollar when I ask for a bottle of mineral water when I bought a sandwich set. Is water more expensive that soft drinks?!?! Additional gave me wrong veggie that I requested for my sandwich. 👎👎👎

Today’s visit surprised me as Joanne was being super helpful and friendly I think she deserves a 5 star review from me! Comparing to my previous visits, Joanne’s definitely made the difference in terms of service n overall purchasing experience , made my day better too! Thanks! ❤️
