Consistent standard. Had their turkey ham subs with honey oats bread and double chocolate chip cookies and they were as good as they usually are. Staffs were helpful and effective as there were lots of customers when I visited during lunch hours on Sunday but they managed to serve everybody quite quickly. Liked the automatic drink machine that I can mixed cherry and vanilla diet coke. Somehow this machine is not available at every branches.

Very bad service... Just anyhow touch inside the cup when giving it to the customer. Not hygiene at all. Never wear gloves at all and touch the cup with bare hands. I get the new one and put back the one that he touches. The guy assisted me when I'm doing the payment. I scanned my card. After that, I saw the receipt come out. And this lady named I saw the name, Alona, take out the receipt and dumped it into one corner. and asked me to pay the $13 and insisted that I not yet pay in front of other customers. I told her that I already made a payment. Then the guy says that the receipt has not yet come out. I said that I saw the receipt come out and the lady took it. Good thing I saw the receipt and I pointed to her that I already made a payment of $13 and I saw the receipt. Never say sorry. Some more telling me to "chill"!!! How can you chill if you make a customer embarrassed and angry? They anyhow wrap.

Sandwich + drink + cookie = $6.50 Quite a good value set! Quite some queue during lunchtime, but service is quick and friendly.

New look Subway, comfortable and fresh. Inexpensive, convenient and healthy fresh sandwiches. Very friendly staffs. Update 31 March 2022 Quick meeting and healthy lunch feast. It may be new to a lot of Singaporeans but do you know in most places like US and Australia, they do not Toast their sandwiches? You taste the true flavours of the freshly baked breads and their ingredients such as cold cut hams, creamy Tuna and Egg Mayo. Try it. You might get hooked. Where else in a mall can you get a healthy $5.90 meal that include your main, a drink and a side?

First of all the staff doesnt look local. Ordered my meal, the meal is not even warm. Blast clubbing songs at the outlet. What even? 😣 The cookies is tasteless. i should go raffles city outlet, they serve better!!!!

The service could have been improved as the representative was inside the pantry area and there was no one to take the customer's order. We had to wait for 5 minutes to order food like doing nothing. Though he was very humble and customized the sandwich the way we asked for and he also added additional cheese sausage that made the sub more delicious. I would recommend eating here.

Most horrible service. Greeted and order placed. Server them continues to do her own work and does not acknowledge. It can be busy opening. Let customer know. Next thing I notice as she is preparing her own stuff is she is gone. So I left. I guess my order wasn't worth her time as it was only 1 item. Sadly, customer service isn't priority. Processes are.

Subway as a franchise is generally dependable. But I believe the old aunty with the goitre on her neck set the world record for "least effort put into making a sandwich." And she has a gold medal in "not wanting to do my job." The sandwich was so sorry it refused to take a photo

I seldom eat subway but decided to try the subway at funan branch. The staff are very polite, friendly and professional. Food portion served is very generous as well. Place is clean and cosy. Thanks subway@funan for making me love subway. Would definitely go back again, especially for the cheese melts and cookies!

The subway outlet at Funan seems to have undergone a change in management and staff recently. The new team is so much better and responsive, the serving staff wear their masks and handle food appropriately and the ingredients are fresh. Since the change in the team, I have started to frequent the Funan subway outlet again.

The staff was really friendly and polite so I wanted to drop them a positive review! But how does one review a Subway, a chain where the offerings are generally pretty consistent across their outlets? I'm not really sure, so instead I'm going to share my most memorable experience at the Funan Subway: It was a while back, I was queueing for a takeaway order during the lunch rush. It was taking a little while (which is to be expected, it was crowded) when I overheard someone behind me in the queue asking if she could get a wrap with nothing in it. ??? The staff seemed confused and had to ensure that yes, she wanted a wrap with nothing inside. But she did want it toasted. Essentially a warm tortilla. A single, empty, toasted tortilla. From her familiar accent I would guess she was from somewhere in North America. I'm pretty sure the staff were able to accommodate her, but I'm not sure if she had to pay the cost of a full wrap or not, as my order was ready by then and etiquette dictated I not be too nosy about this. Anyway, I remember having so many questions. Who is this woman? Why did she need a warm tortilla and nothing else? Why go to Subway for this? Why not just purchase a pack of tortilla wraps from the nearby cold storage? We'll never know. I still think about wrap-with-nothing-on-it lady from time to time. I hope she's doing okay, and living her best life. Anyway yeah I think next time I'm going to order my sandwich without the mushrooms, they're just not that great tbh. Everything else was good though.
