Thank you Anddoy and Zaidi for the almost perfect service. (If free it would have been perfect 🤣) Appreciate your team lead for the tiny cute animals stickers for the cookie boxes. It’s the small thing that counts.

Today I was served by Sharlene, Jezlyn and Mummy at the Subway outlet in Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, and the experience reminded me why I keep returning to this outlet. What stands out is not only the quality and care in the food preparation, but the way the team works together with such natural coordination. There is a quiet rhythm behind the counter — each person attentive to the order, to one another, and to the customer standing before them. Customer requests are handled with patience and polite explanations. Nothing feels rushed. Instead, there is a genuine sense that they want to get things right for the customer. In a hospital environment where many people may already be carrying concerns or fatigue, this kind of thoughtful service brings a small but meaningful moment of ease. It is also clear that this culture comes from leadership. Manager Zaidi runs this outlet with standards that shape the way the team works. When leadership values respect, teamwork and consistency, it naturally flows through the team. The service is not forced — it is something that has been nurtured and then paid forward to every customer. I often find myself coming here even when it is raining. That says something about the experience they create. Good food brings people in, but genuine service is what keeps people returning. Thank you Zaidi, Sharlene, Jezlyn and Mummy for creating what feels like a small heavenly corner of service in the middle of a busy hospital.

staffs were very nice and welcoming even at almost 2am whilst serving us our meals while waiting for family members at KTPH.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by the Subway staff at the KTPH branch today (22 January), around 4.00pm. I visited the outlet to order food for someone who is vegetarian and also has allergies to soya and mushrooms. When I sought advice on suitable protein options, the staff suggested falafel and went above and beyond to ensure it was safe for consumption. They took the initiative to carefully research the ingredients, checked each component with me, and ensured nothing unsuitable would be included. Eventually, they discovered that the falafel contained soya-based spice powder, which would not be suitable. Despite the order already being packed and ready, the staff kindly allowed me to change the order without any additional cost. I was truly impressed by their professionalism, patience, and genuine concern for customer safety. I would especially like to commend the lady who assisted me—although I did not manage to get her name, her dedication and attentiveness made a big difference. Please convey my heartfelt thanks to the staff who were on duty at that time for their outstanding service.

The beef brisket was quite tasteless. The sandwich on the whole is saved by the other ingredients.
