Staff Rowena was exceptionally rude. When the ingredients prepped ran out she outrightly gave me and my partner attitude. When assembling our sub halfway, with no warning or apology, she walked off to take the order of the next customer leaving me stranded and unattended to. Very very disappointed in service of the team in general. My partner's wrap was dry with sauce only on one side and loosely wrapped causing it to fall apart while she was eating. Team prioritises delivery orders which left both our wrap and sub ice cold by the time we got our orders completed. Horrible experience!

This cafe is located outskirts of Bedok Mall along New Upper Changi Road (nearest train: Bedok MRT Station). Located along the corridor facing Bedok Town Square. Deli - styles sandwiches, wraps and salads all made at the counter. I am thankful for the good service by the counter staff.

Food is as expected and staff are friendly. A bit pricey for the value. Breakfast set suddenly increased by $2 but doesn't feel much different. The coffee is slightly better at best.

Service super slow, they keep made the delivery food order. Restaurant has no air conditioning. The whole restaurant is so warm and make people sweating..

Absolutely terrible, worst experience at subway ever, I ordered a value meal and ended up getting a terrible surprise, I ordered extra buldogi chicken and the person serving me said that all I had to top up was $3.20 but to my horror when I was paying, it was $16.60 so as a student I feel that this is way too expensive and way too terrible. So disappointed, I would rather go to stuff'd because it's way cheaper, $7-8 bucks cheaper. Please train your staff properly so that incidents like these won't happen again

Great to visut Subs if you need a light meal. So far never have any bad exp with Subs CS and always. Great place to sit down while waiting or work or studying.

Visit during morning hours and the sun was shining in to the store. The air-conditioning seems to be under power and unable to handle the cooling.

2 points for the food provided and location. Other than that, service quality sucks, their staff acts like they are not service staff but boss. especially the Pilipino lady who always stays in this outlet. She always shows different faces to different people. For those people she doesn’t like, sorry, u don’t deserve any service. And she seems like no empathy at kids. If your kids do something at the store, even though you have cleaned up, prepare for her attitude and comments. Don’t know why this kind of staff still can be at the front line. What is their boss thinking?

No matter what someone orders , the workers should not laugh at the customer. I ordered a simple bread and cheese and while I was eating they were staring at me and laughing. Not acceptable or fair. People should hav a right to eat what they want especially if we are the ones paying for the service
