I would like to make a complaint regarding an older female staff （so annoying) member who was working at around 6:00 PM on 1 July 2026. During my order, I clearly requested that one particular vegetable not be included, but she added it anyway. I repeated my request several times. I also asked for extra corn at least five times, yet she either did not hear me or did not pay attention to what I was saying. In addition, I was not given cheese, even though cheese is supposed to be included with the item I ordered. When I pointed this out, it was not handled appropriately. What frustrated me most was not the mistakes themselves, but the fact that my requests were repeatedly ignored. As a customer, I expect staff to listen carefully and follow reasonable order instructions. This experience felt dismissive and unprofessional, and it significantly affected my overall impression of the service. I hope management can look into this matter and provide additional training to ensure staff pay closer attention to customers’ orders and requests in the future.

I’ve never reviewed a subway before but his one was so disgraceful that I have to. This sandwich literally tasted like nothing. I’m seriously not over exaggerating- my husband said the exact same thing. I genuinely don’t understand how bread, sauce, meat, cheese and salad can all taste like nothing. I was so confused and extremely annoyed. I felt like I hadn’t even eaten anything nutritious.

So happy with the chicken mushroom melt. The chicken is tender, the whole recipe is filling but not too heavy, and has a good amount of vegetables.

Kind staff people. Very friendly but the food that corporation is offering is pure poison! Cheese tastes like plastic and is most probably full of chemicals. Horrible food. To avoid ane spread the word about it!
