Amex credit card has promotion for buying at Subway and its list of participation shop includes this shop at Junction 8 mall. After placing order at the counter, we noticed a small sticker at the paywave machine that the shop doesn't accept Amex credit card for payment. This was confirmed by the cashier staff. There is probably some lost of management control by Subway to have such inconsistency. BTW, there are quite some food wastes on the floor under the tables.

2 times within 2 weeks they get the order wrong. This team of new staff doesn't seem to understand the order well and fail to register the order in their mind. Half the time they seem to be lost in thoughts. Even the sub they prepared looks in a mess. I'll temporarily give up visiting this store for a long while.

I ordered a cup of mushroom.soup on 1st june 10plus (morning) and it has gone bad. I was given an exchange and the staff apologised. The staff later went to change the container of spoilt mushroom soup and realized that it had little left. It was not freshly prepared soup in the morning probably left over from last night !!! I was appalled by the fact I drank soup left over by night staff not cleared and morning staff continued to use it.

Jasmine jasmine jasmine.... After reading the reviews about U. I think it's a fact that your a big problem and so is your attitude. Theres a reason why you are serving customers 🤷♂️ Learn to have more respect . Actually embarrassing.... Don't have to shout at customers .

No breakfast menu displayed at breakfast time. Staff were not willing to help until I asked for the third time what is available foe breakfast. Nobody explained what is what and how much is everything and what is a set. In the end the receipt was not printed out either. Very disappointed tasteless and expensive breakfast. Aircon was useless.
