I had a great experience at Subway today around 4:00 PM. Firdaus provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, patient, and welcoming throughout my order. He made the whole experience smooth and pleasant with his positive attitude and professionalism. Thank you, Firdaus, for the great service. Keep up the good work!

TRULY PATHETIC AND DISGUSTED WITH WHAT I GET FROM THIS OUTLET! REQUESTED MORE SAUCES BUT INSTEAD IT SEEMS LIKE LESS SAUCES THAT I AM GETTING! THE ONE THAT I GOT FROM CHANGI AIRPORT T1 SUBWAY WAS MILES AAAWWWAAYYY FROM THIS WHITESANDS OUTLET. PEOPLE PAY FOR THEIR FOOD, NOT BEGGING FOR IT SO WAKE UP AND SERVE PROPERLY!!!!

This is the 3rd-time I ordered Chicken & mushroom melt. Used to see quite a few chunks of chicken. Is this the standard for subway now? We are paying the same price! Management do come down & see for yourselves. A chinese staff who always take orders during dinner time.
