Service is pretty bad as each instruction had to be repeated a couple of times by the earlier customers, including me. They made me feel that I am between them and their knock off timing when I ordered at 5:40pm. The quality control is totally not available. The six (6) inch sub has become four (4) inches. Is this the norm now?

Subway always be the best food for me. I think this better than Indonesia. But for the portion is same.

We bought subway at this location in Jewel. We had kids with us and had food from Burger king. Lady comes running while making sandwich and tells us to leave as we cannot have any other food other than subway food. Though we had subway food and kids kids she had no respect for customers. She tells me to call management from jewel and tells me i ll win. 0 customer service and respect. We could see the employee was really frustrated while working. When we had the sub it was dry. My wife ordered and when we were having it, she told me that there were only 5 toppings allowed by the same lady. Only 3 sauce are allowed to put on the sub. We have never heard about this before. Do not spend money on this outlet at jewel. You ll not be impressed.

I clearly and loudly mentioned I wanted tomatoes as one of the veggies but was given raw onion instead, which I don't eat at all. I didn't realise until I opened up my sandwich. My instructions of what veggies to be put in had to be repeated a few times. My sandwich was prepared by an indian lady working at 9.30PM on 4th November 2022. Ordered for dining in but was given as take out. 😅

Their location is easy to find, also you can see the Jewel waterfall from here. They accept cash credit/debit and shopeepay. You might need to pay attention when you want additional req. since I asked no onion at first but they still put onion in my sandwich.

This was definitely a terrible experience. I went to get food before my flight. And I saw many options and subway. I decided to go with them because I thought it was going to be the same as other places(should have gone to the other businesses). First their oven wasn’t working so they couldn’t toast the sandwich, then the guy at the register was very rude when asking me for my payment. Definitely a no for me when I come to this airport again

I think it’s pretty good. Good location inside Jewel. 5.9SGD Value Meal Set includes one sandwich and one cookie and one drink. It’s valued;)) only disadvantage is you can’t pay by phone. btw most of the reviews about this Subway put the wrong photos I think. They posted the one inside Terminal departure area. My photos are correct coz I have been there and it’s all real ;)

Had a horrible experience with the service crew. The person in charge was horribly annoyed when we wanted to add an extra item to the order( veggie deluxe salad) just because he had walk 10m again to get the box (?) Because rest all were in front of us in the display. He was displaying high levels of impatience unlike the other Subway where there were friendly and always happy to go extra mile! May be he was overworked or really unhappy to serve the customer. I really didn't want to continue and as we couldn't find any other veg options we had to stick to this despite the discontent by the employee. Lesson learnt though. No more subway in Jewel 👎

Quick meal before or after travel. It’s inside Jewel Changi connected to T1. Went here after visiting the iconic Jewel. Friendly staff. Place always clean. Got some nice seats to relax and enjoy your meal.

Absolutely not possible. I ordered wrap bread, but it was completely terrible. The service was also poor. It was a very bad experience. And he didn’t want to put it in a bag for me at all, he just asked me to take it away.

I had the misfortune of visiting the Subway at Changi Airport recently, and it was hands down the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. The employee named Celway was not only unprofessional but outright hostile. From the moment I approached the counter, she seemed annoyed by my presence, as if serving a customer was the last thing she wanted to do. Celway’s attitude was shockingly bad. She snapped at me when I was trying to decide on my order, and when I asked for some basic customization, she rolled her eyes and huffed loudly. It was clear she had no interest in being helpful or even polite. When I requested extra pickles, she practically slammed them onto the sandwich with an angry mutter. The sandwich I received was a mess—poorly assembled and half-wrapped, looking like it had been thrown together by someone who just didn’t care. The ingredients were sloppily layered, and the bread was soggy by the time I unwrapped it. The entire area around the counter was dirty, with bits of food and crumbs everywhere, and the trash bins were overflowing. Clearly, cleanliness and customer service are not priorities at this location. I’ve never encountered such appalling service in any restaurant, let alone in a renowned place like Changi Airport. Celway’s rudeness and the overall lack of hygiene made for an extremely unpleasant experience. I strongly urge anyone traveling through Changi Airport to avoid this Subway location at all costs. Subway should seriously consider retraining or replacing their staff to prevent further tarnishing their reputation.
