Had a lovely experience at Kenanga Coffee! ☕️ The coffee was really good, and Zack was super friendly and welcoming. Great service and definitely enjoyed my coffee. Will be back again! 😊

I had one of the best experiences and I just had to leave a review to appreciate the amazing team. Special thanks to the guy and the lady that wore the hijab, from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and such warm, welcoming energy that instantly made me feel comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, polite, and attentive throughout my visit. They took the time to make sure my order was correct, answered my questions with kindness, and made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another order. Even though the café was busy, they remained calm, cheerful, and professional, serving everyone with efficiency while never losing their positive attitude. What impressed me the most was the way the team worked together. You could tell they genuinely supported one another, communicated well, and created such a pleasant atmosphere. Their hospitality, professionalism, and dedication to providing excellent customer service really stood out and made my visit memorable. The coffee was delicious, but it was the exceptional service that made me want to come back. It’s not often you come across a team that is so passionate, hardworking, and genuinely caring towards every customer. Thank you for making my day brighter. I’ll definitely be returning and will gladly recommend this outlet to my family and friends. Keep up the amazing work

Although I love the coffees, service here is bad. Queue and crowd was massively building up - here’s the fun part , the staff were indifferent…. not making the coffee and can be seen chatting loudly ,and people can hear your staff lives Bukit Panjang. Waited so long I could even take a video.

Came by on a Friday (28 May) evening and ordered two double choc frappes. The drinks came out really quickly and tasted amazing. Huge respect to the staff member managing everything on his own. he stayed efficient, friendly, and handled the crowd so well despite working solo. You could really see the effort and dedication. Honestly made the whole experience even better. Hope the management knows how valuable he is and treats him well. Kudos to you, my guy — you’re doing an incredible job

Loved their Matcha Latte. Have dined in previously and staff were super friendly! Intan also recommended the choco muffin to go along with my drink and I truly enjoyed it! Thank you for the amazing service and recommendation!
