I had a very nice experience at Nice Sandwich last week. Maribel truly made my day with her warm smile, kind heart, and excellent service. She was very helpful and attentive throughout my visit, and I really appreciate her effort and wonderful hospitality. Thank you, Maribel, for making my experience so pleasant. Keep up the great work! 👏😊

Stop by at the T1 shop and had a quick dinner. Ordered a rotisserie chicken wraps with olive oil and mayo for sauce. You can't go wrong with Subway sandwiches. Healthy options!

Super bad service. Coffee half cup, feedback to counter staff, replied its like that from the machine. We ordered a set, changed coke to coffee, charge me coffee separately plus set price, staff refuse to talk, explain or make amends, totally uncultured. This complaint is going to changi airport management.

Had a great experience at Subway today. The team’s friendly demeanour and genuine warmth really stood out — it didn’t feel transactional at all. There’s something special about a Malaysian, Singaporean, and Indonesian team working together — the energy, coordination, and hospitality were on point. Honestly, this is a masterclass in customer service. And the subs? Absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back — not just for the food, but for this team.

This is the Subway within the SG Hawker food court (up the escalators). The food court has been quite busy every time I've been there. Reasonably priced considering it's airport food. My favourite is the beef brisket wrap and the egg mayo isn't bad either.
