I would like to provide feedback regarding a staff member named Jane at your Subway outlet. According to your stated operating hours, the last order is at 2:00am. However, at around 1:50am, my boyfriend, who was a patient at the hospital, went to the outlet to order food. Jane informed him that he could no longer place an order because she needed to close the shop early. As someone who also works in the F&B industry, I understand that closing duties need to be done. However, if the outlet officially accepts orders until 2:00am, customers should not be turned away before the stated closing time. When I approached Jane to ask why the outlet was closing early, she told me that she had already closed the POS system. However, shortly afterwards, another staff member was able to take and process my order without any issue. This contradicts what Jane told us and suggests that the order could have been accepted all along. I am disappointed by this experience, especially as my boyfriend was seeking food while at the hospital. Customers should not be refused service before the official last order time simply because a staff member wants to finish work earlier. I hope this feedback is escalated to the outlet supervisor or manager for investigation and appropriate action. I believe staff should follow the outlet’s stated operating hours and provide honest, consistent information to customers. Thank you for taking the time to look into this matter.

There was a fly in my food. The person infront of me had ants on tissues provided by subway and now i see a fly in my food. Very unhygienic, disgusting.

First time having a presentation like this for dining in at a subway. Ordered a footlong for dine in and a 6 inch for takeaway. The cashier threw away the receipts without asking if I want them. When I asked for them, she picked up from the bin and gave them to me. The bag containing the takeaway 6 inch sandwich contained no serviette so I said "no serviettes". She told her colleague to "pack properly" and I thought that was their lingo to check what was missing etc. They took out the sandwich and repacked clumsily and changed the wrapping paper. My heart ached when some pickles and other veggie dropped out. When it was handed back to me, there is still no serviette! So I repeated again before she shove some serviettes in. And then she forgot my cookies order. No apologies, just silence and attitude. Worst service experience with subway here. Only the Malay lady cashier though. Especially the one making the sandwiches was pretty good.

I do not even wanna give a single star!!! I am writing to complain regarding the experience at Changi General Hospital (CGH) outlet on 30 April 2026 at approximately 12:00 PM. I was served by a staff member named Lyn. Not only was the food prepared poorly, but the ingredients had a noticeably stale and foul odor. When I requested a replacement, the staff member’s behavior became aggressive. Despite the food being unfit for consumption, I was forced to pay for inedible food, which I subsequently had to discard. I observed flies throughout the store and food items left uncovered. It is particularly alarming that an outlet operating within a hospital—where patients and visitors are already vulnerable—maintains such abysmal hygiene and safety standards. This is disappointing.

Bad service experience. I ordered the Zesty Lime Duck. The elderly female staff explained that the items were fixed, which I heard clearly. I told her I only wanted the onions. She then repeated the same explanation again, as if I hadn’t listened the first time. I had to raise my voice just to get her to acknowledge what I was asking. It ended up making me look rude when I was simply trying to clarify a simple request. Please chill and listen to customers properly.
