Very very disappointed in my sub orderedd today. Previously I had ordered the same sub at this same branch and it came out fine but today even though my sub was put into the oven, it came out ice cold, the cheese visibly not melted, I am not even sure if the oven was on. After feedback to staff, they proceed to microwave my sub... it did make the sandwich hot and it made the sandwich soggy and unappealing.. It is obvious the server lacked proper training or assistance, as my order instructions was not implemented correctly as well. Will not dine at this place again if the same staffs are on duty.
