WHAT IS THIS??!!!!!!!!!!!!! Breakfast set, the hash-brown from 4pcs became 3pcs!! Also the previous hash-brown always taste that good even via delivery/takeaway. Bought today morning (12/8), takeaway, these hashbrown pale, soggy, peeled off, no taste AT ALL. Never again. Lousy

Just had a bad experience. Came to buy 6.50 meal combo but the sales person was reluctant to explain clearly and made me buy normal sandwich without drink and cookie. If Subway gives an offer why it is not clearly communicated to customers. Really bad!

The staff was not encouraging and polite. The breads had become dry and the subs given were awful. I've tried subs in the neighbouring outlets but this was awful. They need to improve on customer service and the bread taste. Update: I visited early this month and to my surprise it has changed a lot. The staff is polite and helpful. The food is of better quality and the stuffing is more compared to other subway outlets. Keep up the good work.

Few months ago i wouldve given a 2 star as I've always experienced cold treatment by the workers but today I was pleased to be attended by a Caucasian lady. She didn't have a name tag on just a trainee tag so i didnt get her name. She's new but out of all the times I visited, she provided the most customer service!! Simply just by being kind and explaining what was available and good to try in her opinion. She also kindly answered my questions.. She shld really teach the others a little on CS! Hope she sees this. Thank you!

Eventhough it says as 10AM to 10PM. They close the food at around 9:15. You can't even get take away after 9:30 😏 Regular Subway.

Of all the years I have ordered from subway, this veggie delite came with few slices of cucumber only. Very disappointed with delivering without a standard and rather call this a sub bun with no filling

Had a bad experience tdy, the male staff wearing spectacles I think his name was syukri when I saw the name tag was so grumpy when I ask him about the menu. He was not happy he was so angry like I owned him a living.

Of all the years I have ordered from subway, this veggie delite came with couple of cucumber slices only. Very disappointed with the degrading standard and serving a sub with no veggies and choices selected
