Tried to order 105 subs for an event from Subway delivery website but had a terrible experience with its manager. Called T3 Subway as it was one of the closest stores and the manager/owner picked up very quickly, was incredibly friendly and helpful as well as responsive via text. The team that prepared our order was extremely accommodating and fast.

How on earth does Singapore not have any gluten free options? This Subway, which notes it has gluten free, has no wrap or bread options and only a salad. When the majority of said salad is lettuce, 2 slices of tomato, and not much else, not sure what is on offer. Modernisation might be in order.

I always want to order one piece toastie from this outlet and the staff keeps telling me to get 2 pcs since it’ll be more worth it but it’ll be too filling for me i still wanted to stick to one piece. Afterwards she will say she wont serve me because she doesn’t have half the bread for the toastie??? then afterwards also told me that she cant serve me anyways because she doesn’t have the bread at all??? that always ruined my morning whenever i wanted to get something from subway. really really poor service!

Worst place on airport i saw so far.. its a subway with just option of one type of bread, no spinach, no beetroot, etc very less options in breads and salad. Even the staff was making in so rush without considering about one’s choice.

The outlet has long queues and the queue moves slowly due to staff ignoring the queue. All seems to be engrossed in doing their work despite multiple "hello", "hi" and "excuse me". Perhaps they are waiting for one another to attend to the long queue.

This is one of worst subway around. The staff has really bad attitude and try to not help with any of the request. Always give black face if ask anything. Pls don’t visit this store.

Worst Experience service was ok but in my drink their is something when i opened the cover there is something inside the drink i don't know what was that but it is his duty to check the glass properly and than served maybe the pickles are also spoiled because it taste bitter please served properly🙏🏻.

Not really in the Basement 2 outlet. But this T3 transit outlet charge Ala Carte price because the combo price is only valid for 6inch size. Wonder where the logic is, customers spend more just to be charged more.

They should either add more staff or consider shutting this outlet down. There's literally just one person doing the bread reheating, stuffing and handling payments. What you experience as a result are the unnecessarily long queues and a long waiting time.

Asked for less sauce and she emptied entire bottle on my sandwich didn’t even toast it. She did not let us have 2 seperate transaction to get our free cookie terrible service and attitude.

I feel that the protein portion given here is lesser than other outlets. Some part of the sandwich was empty.

Guy is using same glove to make sandwiches and his phone. Left my sandwich with the meat exposed to air and a housefly landed on my sandwich. There were only 3 person having 1 sandwich each in front of me, but I waited for 15 mins for my order. PLEASE RETRAIN YOUR STAFF? AND HAVE MORE MANPOWER HERE

Perhaps they are waiting for one another to attend to the long queue. There seems to be additional fee when paying using Changi Pay. You will need to pay S$6.60 for the S$6.50 every day value meal.
