Order subway for breakfast on Sunday 10th june 2023 from food panda , then add on hashbrown n mushrooms soup, When the food came, I'm shocked to receive 6 TINY n Thin THIN pcs of hashbrown n is cold de.. Seriously can like tat do business de meh ???!!! 😡🤬😠😡🤬 , moreover my house is just 2 blk away from the outlet, n order came straight n food can be cold. 6 pcs, u think I'm a beggar or wat???? I will post the picture on subway website .

Bad experience. Because the staff not clear in speaking, I didn’t get a cookie and a drink. Bought the value meal :$6.50. Wanted to add a chicken breast, then the staff said that it wouldn’t be $6.50 anymore, but never said there would be no drink and cookie.

Ordered a few times from this outlet and come to this conclusion- it is very bad. The staffs are mostly interns and not friendly, gave me order of other customer’s one time, did not prepare food according to SOP, e.g cut the bread shorter than another and thought customer would not notice.

I order subway from this outlet using Foodpanda sometimes, for a period of time, they used bottled drinks (e.g. Lemon Tea 300ml), but in their app, it claims the drink is 22oz (which is the paper cup drink from their dispenser machine). After giving customer service on foodpanda a call, the outlet changed their bad scamming habit

Came by to grab a sub after visiting at SKH. First time at this outlet, which is very convenient for me since its next to the LRT. There was only one subway crew on duty when I arrived, Karen. Although there was a lunch queue forming, Karen was friendly, polite and efficient with my customised order, and managed the queue smoothly. Will be back to patronise when am around the area. 👍
