Ordered Subway for my whole family from the Tampines Courts outlet today, and unfortunately, some of the drinks and cookies we ordered were out of stock. What really stood out to me was how kindly the staff handled it. Instead of simply replacing the items without explanation, they wrote us a little handwritten apology note, explained that the items were unavailable, and kindly replaced them with different drinks and cookies. 🥹 It may seem like a small thing, but honestly, gestures like this really make a difference. Not every F&B outlet takes the time to personally explain what happened and leave such a thoughtful note for customers. I didn’t manage to catch the staff members’ names, but I really hope the team and management see this and know that their kindness was genuinely appreciated. ❤️ Thank you to the staff at Subway Tampines Courts for taking that extra little step to make our family’s order feel cared for. Please keep up the kindness! 🥹✨

Limited choice of bread. To change set meal drink to hot tea I need to top up $1 for it when the difference between fountain drink and hot tea is only 20 cents 🙄.

My favourite place… The staff very polite and helpful. Especially SUMI… This is the best Subway outlet for me.

Disappointing portion sizes at Subway. My Roasted Chicken Breast sub — fully loaded with all the veggies — came in at just 260g including the packaging. That speaks for itself. The chicken light under the toppings, and the bread felt smaller than I remember. This isn't value for money. Subway used to be a go-to for a satisfying meal. Not anymore. Step it up.

The sandwiches are pathetic. Subway standards dropping. This was at Tampines courts megastore. Purchased last evening about 6.15pm. The store was not busy. The sandwich had very little chicken or veggies in it. I did not omit anything. You can see from the picture there is no tomato at all. And a few scrawny onions and lettuce. Ordered the chicken delight. Both sandwiches are like this 🤦🏼♂️
