It was delightful buying from Raffles City Old Chang Kee lately as the service crew were courteous and most importantly serviced with a smile. I meant lately like for the past1 to 2 weeks ago till today.

One particular staff was always very friendly. Very slim young lady with spectacles. Food is nice too. Enjoyable experience when this staff is around

My favourite curry puff in town! I really like the curry puffs from this shop. However, every time I visit, the staff are rude and impatient. It’s disappointing because the food is good, but the poor customer service makes the overall experience unpleasant. I hope the management can look into improving the service attitude.

All I wanted was to grab a chicken mushroom puff. But your service staff chased me out at 8.50am because they are only open at 9am. Really? You chase your customer away when you sell breakfast items? Food was already ready and on display, but I guess you don't want my business. Well good luck then.

Bought 2 porridge and 1 spring roll at 9am. The cashier auntie was pretty rude - she ignored me when I asked for a receipt and she didn't put any pepper or sesame oil into the porridge either, making it bland.
