service very good, the staff are also v nice and welcoming! hygenic too, always closes the cover on the ingredients when not in use to keep pests away🔛🔝possibly best subway branch, takeaway also v convenient, the plastic bags designed so that the drinks are easy to carry and wont spill

Had a pretty good experience here today. The lady serving us was friendly and polite and she kept the food selection fridge closed as much as she could. This keeps the food fresher and keep pests out also I think? Regained some confidence in subway's food handling and cleanliness. oh, she also labelled our orders on the wrapper so we didn't need to do a guessing game on which sub is which. I know all these sound so basic, but through the not-so-good experiences from other branches, we were just impressed. Will likely buy from this branch again. Thanks.

The sitting area has a strong disinfectant stench. There were no customers at 6.30 pm and no staff to be seen. Finally a lady turned up but was engrossed in cleaning. Waited for 15 mins while they appeared to be completing online orders. Finally had to walk off frustrated. Staff are incompetent and can’t be bothered to serve walk in customers.

Went at 7pm and waited for a long while and nobody was at service counter. Later when called upon, 2 staff came out. Yae, the staff serving me, gave me 3 pcs of beef instead of usual 4 pcs. When I checked with him, he suggested replacing the 3 pcs with small pcs as he said those were 'big' pcs. I had been eating roasted beef subway for years, from many outlets, this was the first time I had such encounter. I wonder if Subway had decided to cut cost via this method. I really wish to see consistency in the service.
