Ordered chicken delight and there was no chicken! Tried calling the number provided but can’t get through.

Ordered through delivery, yet they got the orders wrong. I did not ordered any onions but yet they put and it was a lot of it. Not only that, the sauce was very little and was clumped together in one spot so i didn’t get to taste any sauce with my chicken ham.

I'm glad to see our friendly Chinese auntie back at work at Tampines West Subway! She was missed for many days, and her warm service is always a highlight. The food was great, too. I loved the variety of ingredients, and the sauce was a perfect match. I'm looking forward to see her again on my next visit!

I had an outstanding experience at Subway Tampines West. The team demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and genuine hospitality throughout my visit. My order was prepared promptly with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the staff ensured that every detail met my preferences. The outlet is clean, well-organized, and provides a pleasant dining environment. It’s evident that the team takes pride in maintaining both service standards and food quality. Overall, a consistently reliable and enjoyable place for a healthy meal. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quick yet well-prepared dining option in Tampines West.

Review for Subway Outlet – Tampines West Community Club I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway outlet yesterday night about 7pm. The service given yesterday was extremely poor – the lady staff seemed uninterested, unprofessional & impatience to answer or explain to customer. We received advertisement Vouchers from SUBWAY celebrating SG60 My wife a Vietnamese when over the counter to order her meals. She & My Niece had ordered bread with the vouchers and thinking of ordering a drink with another drink vouchers without knowing to teams & condition written behind. The Lady Say not able to uninterested & impatience, “look at the condition behind”. As my wife is not very well understanding in English language, she jokingly says I am too lazy to read & say is ok then. After then this is the Unprofessional behaviour part. The Lady behind the counter Immediately start to Mumbled in Malay Language with a boy working with her. Translated in English “If you are Lazy then don’t eat” without knowing my niece understand Malay language since from school. When I confront her on this, she shows no unapologetically towards her behaviour but at least a boy co-worker working with her slows apologise & able to calm me down. The Name of this lady is “HAYA” & I am not surprise to find bad reviews on her a year ago & not at all good review. Look like she never changes her attitudes toward severing customer all this time. I can only can say that she is Not a desirable characteristic for service this industry maybe she can work as a Banker or Lawyer or an air Stewardess, a job that can talk behind others back. We are living in this neighbourhood about 5 years, of course for this Subway Branch not all are black Sheep, compare to Ms Doreen which is absolutely friendly, patience & sandwiches she makes are better than other branch, Haya set bad example to other younger co-workers that works along her. I truthfully hope HAYA will adjust her attitude towards work & to her customer & set good example for her following workers.
